The top of my list (after Tuesday) will be Police Squad.

Back on topic, I wish I had ebayed my VHS collection of Night Stalker while it was worth something. Most are unopened even....

Wait awhile longer, and the value could go back up - epsecailly with VHS disappearing from more and more store shelves. Trust me, there are plenty of people who still want VHS, and are PO'd that it's going away.

This was better than I thought it was going to be. I'll probably watch a few more episodes and see where it goes....
I thought it was better so far that Threshold, Invasion, or Surface...
(I've already stopped watching Threshold and Surface and am only watching Invasion because its on right after LOST.....)
.....bit it wasn't as good as Supernatural IMO.....

and I think Gabrielle Union is hot.

I watched the pilot episode and wasn't impressed with it. I can't believe that they made Kolchack so unlikeable and serious. Didn't they watched the original series for reference? Plus Gabrielle Union's acting was annoying me along with the sidekick from "Not Another Teen Movie".

I'll give it a few more episodes before dropping the season pass.

There's nothing wrong with you liking it, not having seen the original - but if you had, you'd no why some of us think it pales in comparison. Personally, the original was one of my fave ever shows, so the remake would REALLY have to impress me, which again, personally, it didn't.

Bu then again, I think it's more people like you that they are trying to reach for an audience, because you're more likely to give it the benefit of the doubt.

I thought it started off decently but went downhill as the show went on.

It's like a bad version of Supernatural

If I had something I needed the tuner space for, this would be gone already. But, I'll give it a chance or two more.

Huh? His name is Carl Kolchak. Several characters called him Carl during the episode.

I thought this was okay. Not a Gabrielle Union fan, and the effects were a little dicey, but I'll tune in next week. I haven't seen the original, so I can't make a comparison.

It was just an OK episode until the whole "chemical Lojack" part ruined it. Chemical Lojack? WTF? So he keeps this magical stuff in a bug spray can in his trunk and it calls his PDA when it locates a were-wolf's hideout? That totally lost it for me. Such crap, lazy writing should be punished.

I think we can find a lot more bad writing than just that. The whole cave thing was just ridiculous. And I loved how Kolchak found and tracked the creatures so easily and a major city police department investigating a murder and kidnapping missed those big tracks and oh-so-hidden liar.

That said, I am going to give this a couple more weeks, since I loved the original so much.

I finally watched this and didn't think it was bad. I'll give it a few more episodes to see where they go with the story lines.
