Great Episode. I agree that the Fed plot line is like watching paint dry! It's just plain boring. But the Prison episodes are the best!!

There is an episode scheduled for next Monday, Oct 3. The MLB playoffs are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, Oct 4 with FOX airing a game that night so "Bones" and "House" won't be on.

Edit: Just checked TVguide.com listings for Monday, Oct 10 and there is no MLB playoff game scheduled. Prison Break is scheduled to air from 8:00 pm ET to 10:00 pm ET but repeats are listed with those episodes being last nights and next weeks. (So for some reason you have to miss next weeks episode, you will be able to catch it the following Monday.)

LB...

I wouldn't say I was shocked as much as I was just plain pissed off. I pulled a Gob, "Oh, come on!" when I saw the "To be continued..."

That was a really fun episode. It may not be as gritty as Oz since they have to deal with standards and practices, but in some ways that's an advantage. I could actually bear to watch the sick ward scene. I could just imagine what the prisoners would be doing in Oz when taunting the doctor

It'd be nice, but I expect him to be around for a while just because he's been a pretty big part of the show so far. He makes for a really good villain.

I really respect the direction the show has taken with the warden...its definatly not the 'cheap' way out.

That is definitely one way to get multiple seasons out of it. Season 1 break out, season 2 on the lam, season 3 back in prison, etc.

What got me was when I went to watch Arrested Development afterwards, there was a promo for last night's episode of Prison Break, and they showed a revealing shot of what will probably start off next week! Stupid Fox!

According to TV Tome, there is a new ep next week, then a 2 week break, then a straight run to the end of the 13th episode.

I just hope that they find some way to keep the doctor on the show after they break out of prison.

The beginning was a bit boring but once the lockdown started, it was intense! I was like WTF? The show is over?

Spoiler:
I've been thinking since the pilot (when they revealed the route out of the prison) that she would have to go w/ them one way or the other.

Spoiler:
Getting somebody injured during the escape would be a darn convenient way of making sure she sticks around. It would also turn the heat up on the escapees one degree higher because she is the Governor's daughter

I'm not laughing at you, just the comment. To think that this could actually happen is pretty laughable. But as with shows like this, you turn off your brain at the start of the show.

So far this is the only new hour long show I am really liking this year. I dropped Reunion after one episode (I've quit watching The O.C. as well), Bones after two episodes, and I will probably end up ditching all three of those new alien shows (Surface, Threshold, and Invasion). The only other new hour-long show I am fond of is Supernatural.

I'll say, I really thought Abruzzi was just going to reach up and twist T-Bag's neck, but for some inexplicable reason, he didn't.

Great episode, though, talk about intense. I can't wait to see what happens next week (and luckily I didn't see the preview for it either ).

This episode was awesome. I was practically screaming at the TV when the "to be continued" came up. Every week they manage to pack a hell of a lot of entertainment into an hour show... If it's true that the first season is only 13eps, I'm glad the resolution is coming soon (or rather, the extreme cliffhanger until season 2) but I really hope that this show does a full 22-24eps season...it's just too damn good.

I said the same thing! I think they're getting new viewers from word of mouth, and a "TBC" message can't hurt.

That would make sense BA. That might make the show fun after they get out of the prison.

I can only cringe at the thought of what those group of big buff guys will do if they get their hands on the hot, oh so pure, doctor. I'd be scared like hell; these guys haven't had a woman for the years they've spent in prison. They were goin freakin insane, especially that big black guy slamming that door with the fire extinguisher.

Poor Seth, he should've thought twice before selling that weed or whatever he did to get himself into prison. I think the inbred would scare a lot of people away from crime.

What an awesome episode ! my heart was pounding worrying about the docter in that room, was very well done and very intense.

What the fuck are they doing taking so long ?

Put your fingers on a guard in a riot, you know you aint escaping ultimately , so surely you know that aside from probably having an extra 10 years on your sentence, future guards will make it as miserable as possible.

You could also make the argument that it's their lack of good judgement that landed them there in the first place. It might seem like an insane thing to do to you or I, but I suspect we think differently than most of those locked up in maximum security.

Fox officially picked up Prison Break for a full season of 22 episodes:
