The "1780s Guy" bits were pretty funny.
"So, even when this horseless carriage is not in motion, the wheels appear to keep spinning?"
"Yeah."
"And why does this delight the negro?"
"I don't know."

He had it, it was called the Man Show

"Chad? I've got a retarded cousin named Chad!"
"Switzerland. Just like France, just pussier."
That was a pretty funny segment. Callers definately have to go. Show needs some work, but I will continue to watch.

BTW, thanks a lot for opening back up the Man Show wound earlier. Really appreciate that.

Last night was OK. Again, get rid of the stupid callers and audience segment. Do a monologue, do a bit of a comedy sketch, do the guest, and end the show. That's ideal for a 30 min. show like that.

It hasn't started yet, to my knowledge.
It's all legit. That's why it's on TLC.

Yet another TLC show involves a celebrity in a non-celebrity role: "The Adam Carolla Project" follows the former "Man Show" costar showing his skills in his first career, carpentry. Carolla bought his North Hollywood boyhood home. During the course of the series, Carolla remodels it with a handful of non-actor friends with the express purpose of selling the newly reworked house.
"No one has previously done any home improvement shows. They've just done home improvement," Carolla said. The 13-episode series begins at 10 p.m. Tuesday, Oct 5.

Not sure where to ask this(Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman are on Love Line) but whats the story with them? If anyone knows...Jimmy was married and had kids, did he just divorce his wife and is now with Sarah? I've always wondered about this since a comedy central roast from a year or two ago..
Sorry if this boggs down the thread. I must know!

Tonight's show, again, good monologue, good guest, and good comedy bit. Ditch the stupid callers. This show has potential. They just need more recorded comedy bits.

I liked his rip last week of Joe Whatever from Fear Factor. I wish he had more 1760's guy type stuff, I rolling on that.
