Fine feed, lame show.
Acted poorly, poor writing, etc.
If they're trying to spoof Reality TV it's not working.
Seems like the only thing they're going for is shock value.
Just what is this family trying to sell?

Here is her bio from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
Linda Diane Thompson (born May 23, 1950 in Memphis, Tennessee) is an American actress and songwriter.
Linda Thompson won several beauty pageants, including the 1972 "Miss Tennessee USA" title. In July of that year she began a relationship with the recently separated Elvis Presley and lived with him at Graceland for four and a half years. A few months after her late 1976 breakup with Presley, she signed on as a regular on the TV series Hee Haw where she performed until 1982.
In 1981, Thompson married former Olympic Games Gold Medalist, Bruce Jenner with whom she had two children. The marriage ended in 1983 and she appeared in a few motion pictures and made a number of guest appearances on different television series. In 1991 she married composer David Foster. With her new husband, she began writing lyrics for some of his compositions, notably the song "No Explanation" for the 1990 film, Pretty Woman. In 1992 they were nominated for a Grammy Award and an Academy Award for Best Song for their composition of the song "I Have Nothing" sung by Whitney Houston in the 1992 motion picture, The Bodyguard. Thompson wrote the lyrics to "The Power of the Dream", the official song of the 1996 Summer Olympics composed by Foster and Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds. In 2003, Thompson and her husband won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for "The Concert for World Children's Day."
She is active with her husband in humanitarian causes in the "David Foster Foundation Society."

Did anyone else think that it was odd that the movie they were screening just happened to be the one that was released to theaters just over two weeks ago?
This show appears to be pretty heavy on the pre-scripted content and low on entertainment value.

Nobody is likeable here, not even the father. Are we supposed to have sympathy for him? After having a fit for inviting the neighborhood to park on his lawn he is bothered by his kids leaving the lights on?
This show is just plain stupid.

I agree this show is pretty lame but Spencer is very funny. When he was holding the grammy for Whitney Houston's "I'll Always Love You" saying that was his mama's favourite song was hilarious
They should adopt him and get rid of the other 2 kids they're annoying as hell
If Mr Foster is worried about his electric bill then why not live in a smaller house. There must be over a 100 rooms in there

Linda Thompson(drools) is pretty damn hot. Also, David Foster is my favorite producer in the industry and I always loved his stuff. I only watch this, because I'm a big David Foster fan. He also is proably one of the few people I would get really excited about actually meeting. David Foster is the shit, his wife is georgeous, his home is amazing, and he has developed such great talent(Micheal Buble, Josh Groban) that its mindbuggling. Those kids are just complete idiots. I don't blame him for being a dick towards them. They aren't even his kids, because if they were they would have some musical talent. That's sad...dad was Bruce Jenner, mom Linda Thompson, Stepdad David Foster. These kids don't know how lucky they are....I would love to meet david Foster. These kids just come off like, "Oh its just David Foster....big deal"

That movie is the worst and most blatant example of product placement I have yet seen on TV. What a bunch of ham-fisted lame-oids.
This 'reality' show is as phony as the wife's titties.

I just read that David Foster is divorcing that ditz. According to Page Six:
I say good riddance to the whole lot -- David Foster is way too class an act to be involved with these idiots.
THE curtain has come down on the marriage of Grammy-winning music producer David Foster, sources say. Foster has separated from his wife, Linda, partially because of the stress of their E! reality show, "The Princes of Malibu," which features the couple and their spoiled sons Brandon and Brody. A friend said David was upset about how the series — which Linda "pushed him into" — portrayed them. David, known for his quick temper, most recently blew up at a crew from "The Insider" when it showed up to interview him and his family. The interview ended with David screaming, "Turn off the [bleeping] cameras!" David didn't return calls.
