Actually you grew up right in the middle of the comic boom.

I love how Hef and everyone else at the Mansion still remembered Johnny "Monkey-boy" Drama after a decade.
The Macchio and Pauly cameos were good, particularly Ralph's.
Ari's wife has him by the balls.
Eric's job sucks - he has to deal w/ three complete morons who don't know the value of the dollar (the guy who is supposed to be making the money, one fat idiot who likes to spend it and one paranoid idiot who likes to spend it).

Great ep, although not enough Ari. This is by far the best comedy on TV when Arrested Development isn't on. Well maybe not, but it's up there with Ali G. and Curb Your Enthusiasm.

I wonder if Vince will be wearing a blonde wig when he plays Aquaman? My guess is that the movie will wind up being a project with a great script that gets heavily edited to make it more marketable to a mass audience. I would love to see an ep. with Eric having an argument about how they betrayed the source material!

Pauly Shore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That was an excellent question.
Gotta love that suit.
Gotta love that dipshit getting thrown out. It sickens me that he banged that Playmate that was discovered on Howard Stern.

A pic of the Aquaman suit is on this blog
As you can see, comparing it to the comic pics above, it is similar, but not really. The glammed it up to make it look hideous.
That said, I believe Aquaman could be an excellent movie. True, it would be a logistical nightmare, but with flicks like Sin City making most of the environment totally CGI, it is more possible than it ever was before. But story-wise, Aquaman has got some real dram in his life. Moreso than many super heroes. It's better to think of him as a fantasy character than a super hero. He works better like that.
