Check out Rachel McAdams pics in EW a couple of weeks ago in the shoot for Wedding Crashers. She looks amazing in all the pics as a brunette.

Actually, if you go to the Adult Forum, there is a thread about Jessica Alba's outfit.

Thought Napolean Dynamite as Batman was kind of funny. Of course, I laugh just looking at the guy.

Back in 1999 THE PHANTOM MENACE came out and was nominated for MTV MOVIE AWARDS best fight scene in only a few weeks after that the movie had come out.
How come this year nothing for REVENAGE OF THE SITH?
Do they just hand these awards on who's going to show up?

Spider-Man 2 was nominated... MTV's award period is from spring to spring.

And, you're wrong about The Phantom Menace... its awards were in 2000 (winner, best action scene)

That's something I think has been a problem with the MTV Movie Awards - they are always awarding Summer Popcorn Movies from a year earlier. I'm thinking about current Summer Movies like Episode III and Batman Begins at this point, not Spider-Man 2 and Mean Girls from last year.

Maybe they need to swap the annual timing for this with the Music Awards and have those now and this in September after Summer is over.

He had to use the bathroom then. I hate when that happens.

Just caught more of the show over the weekend. I have to agree. Napolean Dynamite over Spider-Man 2 and Kill Bill?

Mtv is such a tool.

man, you guys have to remember that fans vote on this. people that watch MTV religiously. Thus all the wins for "Mean Girls" and ND being best film.

But they are the same folks that rocketed Spider-Man 2 to record numbers, not Mean Girls or ND.

Didn't watch this but I did flip through at the very end of the pre-show and saw Nicole Ritchie going "crack crack crack crack!!!" which was kind of funny.

I never found Fallon funny. Even on SNL he was one of the few that laughed at his own jokes.
I tivo'd the awards and liked the Batman/Napolean skit.
Hated the rendition of "Don't you forget about me." Good to see part of the club. Is John Hughes a recluse?
What was up with Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling from the Notebook? Talk about Hot. They seeing each other for real?

yeah, but like it was mentioned before, spider-man 2 was last summer. in that time, ND has been a growing snowball of popularity with its cult status. it's definitely more popular now than it was when it was released. the reverse is true for Spider-man 2.
