He's trying to mold 16 complete newbies into a master chef that will run their OWN restaurant, I expect nothing less than relentless criticism from Ramsay.

Another good episode tonight. This continues to be my one "do not miss" show this summer (other than the Tour de France coverage).

Man, what a bunch of whiny babies they acted like tonight. I understand that Elsie is less experienced, so she probably shouldn't win a restaurant at this stage in her career, but the way everyone whined about her chicken soup was crap, as was not showing her a few things in the kitchen. Maybe they would have gotten their dinners out faster if someone had taken two minutes to show her what to do. (And yes, she shouldn't win because she's not experienced enough, but the way her teammates acted made them seem like losers to me). I wish Chef Ramsey had sent someone else home as a message that cooking against each other won't be tolerated.

I was really surprised it was Elsie. That was the first time she really broke down too.

I would also like to know how Elsie "touched Ramsey's Heart"? Beneath his gruff exterior, does he really have compasion? Behind the scenes has Elsie told him about her family and all? Did they have an affair?

Enquiring minds want to know. Anyone that has any info from the live feeds.....er.....wrong show........

I had a Hell's Kitchen marathon over the weekend, watching all of the episodes that I had been PVRing (still have all of the Closer, The Shield, etc to get at). Anyway, great summer viewing. I really enjoyed it.

Ramsay was looking for Elsie to tell him how her teammates froze her out, but I think that she was tired and just wanted to go home (as she mentioned in the previous episode). Too bad. I think that Jessica should have gone instead.

So does anyone have any more information on the incident with Ramsay? I haven't heard a thing about it.

He got in a fight with one of the cast members and pushed him which caused the cast member to trip and fall. I think they were scrambling to prevent getting sued last I read.

Yeah, the incident mentioned in the story on the previous page.

Anyway, I mentioned it to a friend, and she said that she thought it was Jeff, since in the episode he quit, there was a message in the end credits saying that he would not be back due to injury. This was the episode where Ramsay told the rest that Jeff would not be back. I guess maybe after he left, he came back and then had the shoving match with Ramsay. Fox just used editting to make it seem when he left he didn't come back.

Does anyone remember seeing the message over the credits? I don't.

Okay, still had the episode so I checked it out and the message at the end says:

"Jeff LaPoff decided to leave the show due to an inury".

This is the show that he called Ramsay an asshole. When Ramsay tells the rest of the team that Jeff will not be back to Hell's Kitchen, he is shown from behind, and his voice is obviously editted in (ala Donald Trump in the Apprentice).

I wish we could see Ramsay pushing Jeff. I can't see how the physical confrontation would occur, despite Ramsay's temper. I would like to see just what happened.

Anyway, I hope that he doesn't get one penny from Ramsay.

There has got to be a posting somewhere on the web of someone who was there that saw the incident. Right?

I forgot which one was Jeff. Not the fat guy. The guy with the kidney stones?

Definitely.

It's interesting to see everyone's partner. So was anyone surprised that Jessica had a girlfriend? Didn't think so. Ralph is engaged to "Buffy". And Michael's wife has almost as many tattoos as he does.

I gotta think that Ralph is going to win, but I think that Michael might be the better chef. Ralph is probably more prepared to own a restaurant.

Great show again last night. Can't believe how well they did on little or no sleep

I wasn't surprised Jessica is gay she kind of looked the part. "Buffy" had much bigger tatas then the other one. Women love guys who can cook for them I guess

The 2hr finale looks pretty good too. Can't wait to see useless Dewberry help out one more time.

I'm going to miss this show when it goes off the air. I hope FOX brings it back next year

Chef Ramsey is pretty cool in my book! I would eat in his restaurants anytime

Are they going to do another one of these? Or anything else with Chef Ramsay?

I'm not sure if I would watch another season. It would just be more of the same. Ramsey going postal on everybody isn't something I can put up with much.

Hell's Kitchen I have to admit is fun to watch too bad about Jessica I guess she just imploded at the dessert station at the moment of truth. Next week will be very interesting between Ralph and Michael don't know about you but I'm cheering for Ralph.

I was rooting for Michael first, but I am definitely going for Ralph now. Michael has seemed sleezier and sleezier every week.

Hell's Kitchen has been picked up for a 2nd season. I don't have a link to the official PR but it was mentioned here on TVGuide.com: http://www.tvguide.com/news/askausiello

Here's an article which describes the incident.

http://news.scotsman.com/topics.cfm?...&id=1209732004

Though it doesn't name names, it's pretty obviously Jeff. Interesting to note that by the date of the article this show was apparently taped in October last year.
