The guy who played Kenny (the BAD guy) was the same person who shoot the cop on horseback in Central Park on an episode of CSI:NY last year.

He plays one mean dude.

I liked how Kirby couldn't go through with questioning Kenny's ex-girlfriend and even had a hard time getting Foster to say what he needed to to make her case, even though it ended his career.

... and once again, the Defense attorneys are duped by a "con"vict and going to pay for their benevolence.
