One think I don't like about this show is aren't there suppose to be like 45 survivors on this island? If so only 4 knew their blood type and none had any experince delivering a baby?

Excellent episode. We finally get the "death" that we have been promised and Claire finally has her baby.

I just mean that Boone died but a baby was born so the number remains the same. Aside from the one drowning and the one that got sucked into the engine, who else died?

Wow, what a way to balance the passing with the birth. To juxtapose the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, my eyes were moist from many dramatic angles in this episode.
I sort of wish I didn't see the previews, though. DOH!
