I love Marshall! There were just too many great one-liners to mention. This was the best episode this season IMHO. Even though we knew Syd wasn't going to die I was still into the storyline. There may be hope for this season yet.

Two good episodes in a row now... if they could just tie together an ongoing storyline that I cared about, we'd be approaching Season 2-level Alias.

I was honestly thinking about bailing on the show a few weeks back... but I think I'll stick around for a while.

What did Marshall say after that? I couldn't figure it out.

I really liked this episode! The first half got REALLY emotional in a cool pressure way. At first I was like - oh GOD - is this going to be boring for the next 45 minutes! Then it just ROCKED! I'm still hoping there is a rollercoster ride in the works!

Most interesting turn of events is now Marshall has to consider how Sydney had to feel working in SD6.

Great episode my favorite of the season. The show seems to be getting better with each show. Marshall really needs more airtime.

I really loved this episode. I was considering bailing on the show but not anymore. I hope they keep this up.

That might have been my favorite episode of the past two seasons maybe the whole series. Marshall needs more screentime after this episode.

Finally watched this week's episode. Best of the season, IMO.

I agree. I haven't seen all episodes of Alias, but I've watched everyone this season, and a few from past (not many). This is the best episode yet. Really loved it.

Question: Didn't Marshall marry one of his co-workers from the old office? So wouldn't she know that Marshall goes on these special missions sometimes? (I remember last season a scene where Marshall introduce her to Syd as his girlfriend and that he knocked her up and was joking about marriage) So why the lies?

Marshall married Carrie, who also works for the CIA, but now that he's black ops, he couldn't tell Carrie that he's still working for the CIA via black ops, and is now supposedly working a private sector high tech job.

It's probably like why Sydney and Vaughn couldn't tell Weiss that they were part of APO. Even though both Marshall and his wife work for the CIA, APO is black ops and as a result, he can't tell her. Maybe they'll figure out how to get Marshall's wife into APO like they did with Weiss.

Regardless, this was a great, great episode. So many hilarious lines, like everyone else has mentioned.

Well he worked at SD6 too, so he had to keep that a secret as well...although at the time he wasnt married, and being the geek that he is maybe he didnt really have anyone outside of work.

It was definitely probably the best of the season, but I wouldnt go as far as to say "ever". Very funny, but still, I miss the cliffhangers. Weve had, what, one all season? Also I thought it was kinda dumb how Marshall and Sydney were wondering what Carrie would think if she saw that Sydney dropped him off and all of these other things, yet didnt think that she might wonder where his car is.

I just started watching this season, and also just started watching season 1 in the past week. This is definitely something you don't have now - the cliffhangers. Every episode of season 1 so far has left me wondering WTF was going to happen next. This season every episode comes to a nice end. I'm all about the cliffhangers - half the reason I'm in love with Lost.

Let's tap the brake a little when it comes to getting more Flinkman in the mix.

I think it's best left with us 'wanting more'. A little Marshall goes a long way.

Having said that, this was a good episode.

I like Marshall having an episode once in a while to show that he is an asset to the team, even outside of his tech role.

However, while I did like the episode, it was not to the extent that everyone else did.

OK, let me get this straight. Marshall shows up late at the Los Angeles office. Then he gets on a plane and flies to Havana where he builds a device to track down Sydney. He saves her, gives her CPR, and they both go to Berlin to go to another terrorist night club. Marshall saves the day, and returns home in time for dinner.

Fun episode, but my favorite this season is one where Sydney and Vaughn go undercover as a married couple, which people here seemed to hate on.

Huh, I got the impression he gave his wife some "I have to stay over at the office tonight, but I'll be home for dinner" the NEXT night.
