I was waiting for Bree to say, "By the way - my son ran over your mother-in-law."

I feel like the show completely forgot about this episode. Hopefully this hanging plot point will eventually pay off.

Well, they did make frequent mentions of Carlos going to visit his mother in the hospital (which he most likely can't even do now, what with the house arrest and all).

The return of new episodes of "Desperate Housewives" (households: 14.4/23, #1; adults 18-49: 10.7, #1) handed ABC (households: 9.8/16, #1; adults 18-49: 6.7, #1) victory on Sunday.

I liked this episode - Of course, it could have been that I was just tired of waiting for a new one. Too long of a break.

I think I know how the Bree's son (Andrew)and Carlos deal might play out.

We know that Andrew hit Carlos with his car and that Carlos would definitely seek vengeance. I also remember that earlier this year Carlos beat up a gay man thinking it was the one with Gabriele, and the police were looking for him. Well, it has been more or less announced that Andrew is gay, and if Carlos were to find out he hit mama and seek vengeance, and Bree were to call the cops, then Carlos could be caught in the act of beating up another gay man and busted for his alleged "hate crimes."
