FYI, Zach Braff is the front runner to play Fletch in Kevin Smith's "Fletch Won" movie.

"Damn! I ironed my going-out hair."

J.D., you are truly a class act. Very nice...

Great episode. "I will kill you."

The season one DVDs can't get here soon enough (especially since I've never seen any of those episodes).

OK, I've only seen the current season of this show, but this episode was damn_good. I'm calling best episode ever that I've seen.

I've never seen a half-hour show mix drama with comedy so well. Hell, it does it better than any hour-long has too (except maybe Wonderfalls).

What a great episode. Probably my second favorite behind the Brendan Frasier episode.

Excellent episode. I was cackling when Cox took care of the janitor's van. The episode had it all, and pushed relationships all over the place. Braff did a good job keeping the Scrubs style, while incorporating his own touch to the episode as well. More Molly, please.

Anyone have a screen-cap of Heather Graham from J.D.'s dream during the opening sequence?

Umm...4th post of the thread?

Did Braff direct this? I didn't notice. We just watched "Garden State" this weekend and it definitely had that feel, especially the sped-up parts (which I really liked...very effective.)

I thought the Janitor gave a nice little speech to Elliot at the end. He didn't come off as pitiful at all (which he could have,) just a little lonely. Kinda sad...

Edited to add: "Nurse Turkleton" had me

Does anyone know what song was playing during JD and Heather Grahm's sped up scene at the bar and in his apartment? The song at the end of the episode is Joshua Radin's Closer. Thanks!

"Waiting for Your Letter" by the Cary Brothers was one of the songs in the episode, but I don't recall if it's the one you're asking about.

Man I laughed so much last night. Dr. Cox at the end jumping up and down had me

It's pure shame this show doesn't get the props it deserves.

What was The Todd's high-five with Ted after he said he lost his hair in 8th grade? "Tough break five"?

The mp3 of "Closer" by Joshua Radin is available from his website:

This was a good episode... sad though. Only person happy at the end of the episode was Dr. Cox.
