Dammit, still no answers as to what is actually going on. Oh wait, didn't see it yet. Never mind
Seriously, I'm looking forward to it. I think the Michael & Jin rivalry is very interesting.

I'm soooooooo excited! I just saw 2 of the cast members in town leaving a Chinese restaurant where I was picking up lunch. I'm going to spoilerize this, as they seem to be filming a scene together in a Chinatown shop (where I saw cameras), and this may indicate that their paths have crossed in a flashback storyline:
*edited to add character names

Please give us some answers!
I was reading an interview with David Fury the other day and he said that they didnt receive any intrusions from ABC until about Episode 7 or 8. Guess they wanted things to be more "Vague" and have less of the answers weighing in SCI FI territory so if it is slow it's all due to ABC or their Sister company wanting it to go slower. He said he didnt know how long he could string the audience along without them losing interest.
The entire interview was in the new US version of Dreamwatch.

check out this USATODAY article
some of the quotes:
"Only a few other shows have had such complicated mythologies or mysteries, including Chris Carter's The X-Files and David Lynch's Twin Peaks."
"We have to rely on gut instinct. I remember the frustration I felt with Twin Peaks as a viewer. It went from being totally great to totally frustrating, because it just got more and more obtuse," Cuse says. "We're really conscious of our show not doing that."
"Anderson and others say time eventually worked against The X-Files. In the final years of its long hit run, some viewers felt the mythology became too complicated and did not provide adequate answers."

was there any subtitles during the beach scene?...my local affiliate in their idiotic glory decided to run a weather bulletin crawler...god forbid they run them during a commercial. It's been sunny all day..it's dusk and the sky is pretty clear...it hasn't rained for well over a week, there is no chance of flooding.

Was anything said in Jin's 1st scene with Sun's father? After he said "she is my dream" or whatever, I couldn't hear anything if it was said - though there would've been subtitles if they were still speaking Korean.

yeah! It was Hurley, I knew he was someone famous, especially since he owes the kid 40k and said he'd pay up. Looks like he was getting into a chauffered vehicle.

And again...coming out of the last commercial break...the scene up to where Jin was given the dog was obscured due to the freakin crawler. What gets me is that the local stations always overexagerate any type of weather change. "the great mist of '05" etc.
bastards.
bastards.
