If the show had enough fans to raise over 60million dollars, then the show would not need to raise 60 million dollars to stay on the air.

No amount of campaigning or money raising will bring this show back. Face it, the show was actually cancelled *last year*. This year was simply to get enough episodes for syndication deals.

Trek will be back. There are strong rumors that there will be a live action Star Wars show in 2006. Once that happens, everyone will jump onto the sci-fi series bandwagon, including Paramount. I just hope they have enough time and patience to actually create a decent show.

I do believe it's falling 2 episodes short of the 100 mark.

So you raise the money for the show and all the Actors salaries? Thats millions of dollars. Are you anywhere close yet?
The sooner people come to terms that this show is going to end, the better you will be.

People that like Enterprise and Voyager as opposed to DS9, I think, are missing the whole point of what Rodenberry wanted from the beginning , and that's to tell stories about the human condition; something the shows above have forgoten to address. If you want explosions and little character interaction go rent Episode one and two of Star Wars.

Many people who are die-hard Trek fans watch Enterprise out of obligation, not out of enjoyment. I still love the franchise and I feel I must watch any incarnation of it as long as it is on the air, even if I don't like it.

I guess it's like going to a wedding of a cousin you can't stand. Even if you don't have fun, it's still family.

That is why I am happy Enterprise is being cancelled. I will get an extra hour every week back.

Obligation? To whom? Supporting sub par Television is why they kept cranking out spinoff after spinoff, each getting worse than the last.

Oh right! I always forget about that because I came on board all late and out of date, only watching the show after it was cancelled. So I didn't get to see it all happen.

They need to let the franchise die for a bit. Grow fallow or whatever, and bring it back in 5 or even 10 years when they have a new idea or just some great writers lined up to tell some awesome stories. The movies and tv shows. Look what it did for TNG.

I'll pay $11 as long as I have total control of the show. I mean I can't do any worse than they have.

I'm not sure how effective these things are, I've signed a couple of petitions on that service but I don't know how seriously they were taken or if they were sent to the right people.

If you want the truth, they're completely ineffective and not taken seriously in any capacity by anyone with the power to effect change.

I appreciate the humor, but it's a serious question. Really, what are the chances that this will work? Some some fund raiser will have 11.00 each from people all over America to save some show, but the show will not be saved. Does that individual then pocket the money? Return it to the people? I suppose if I read the actual online proposal for this, it would answer my questiosn, but what is to stop people from scamming money out of people with false fundraisers to save TV shows in the future?

Please correct me if this doesn't make sence. But would you really pay people that are probably already rich to continue a sub-par show, that if it was good in the first place, there would not be this problem. This, if it is real, seems insane to me. The importance placed on this is scary. Send your $11 to the Tsunami victims or something. Lets get a grip people.

I know how one can feel when their favorite show is cancelled. I tried to help get Farscape and Angel back but Enterprise is a different story and it's been way too many chances already. Time to let it die!

Double Dumbass on you all. I liked the show. I certainly liked it over the alternative of not having it.

I love Enterprise and want it to continue, but there's no way I'm going to give money to pay to produce the show. That's just ridiculous and it's coming from the uber-desperate fans. I'll write my letter and use a stamp, but beyond that I can't justify spending my money.
