the thing that bugged me the most besides the acting of Mischa Barton was the plot device used by the producers. Ryan was late to the dinner with his aunt and Caleb. due to "traffic." This was probably to allow Linsey and Caleb to talk a bit before Ryan's entrance. Caleb sees Ryan, realizes what happened, and stormed off. Then Linsey drives Ryan back home and talk/kiss.
So what happened to Ryan's SUV?
There were some good moments with this episode but it doesn't compare to the first season (minus Oliver).

Anybody notice that Alex, Marisa, and Jodie were each playing Interpol at their homes? I think it was the same song. When I saw Marisa was playing the same song as Alex, I figured they were just showing how Marisa was trying to be like Alex, but when they showed Jodie playing it, I thought there might be more meaning to it. I couldn't get much out of the lyrics, but I wonder if the title of the song, Evil, could have any relevance.

I too liked Anna, and thought she would have been great to bring back. I also would like to see her end up with Seth, to throw a curve ball. PLus, I find Samarie Armstrong light years sexier than Rachel Bilson

The OC always tries to pimp the band of the week really hard.

I Believe she is on that new show Entourage anyway.
I myself would like to see Luke come back.

You might be to be able to make that argument if you are talking Entourage Samarie (I still wouldn't), but not O.C. Samarie - she needs to know when to say 'when' to the makeup person.

I would definitely like it if Seth and Summer got back together, but I too like Zach's character and wouldn't want to see him leave. It would be nice if Luke came back, I kind of expected him too since he was in the first episode the new season.
