Re: Dawson's Creek Discussion Thread

That's a good picture, the sad thing is I have never been able to watch the show again, due to nearly all the music being changed on the dvds. I might get that EW issue.

Yep, bought the first two seasons way back when, but then stopped because of the music issue. It would be cool to get a BD version with all the music in one package.

Edit: just realized I was the last post in this thread before the recent bump, and I was complaining about the same thing 6 years ago

It's not like I remember every song used during the show, but I can tell when some cheap song is being used as replacement music. Plus changing the theme song is unforgivable.

Re: Dawson's Creek Discussion Thread

I saw Meredith Monroe (Andi McPhee) as Woody Harrelson's wife in her brief scene in the Edge Of Seventeen and looked her up on IMDb, She's 48 now.

Wait they changed the Paula Cole song? That is unforgivable.

Wow they changed Andy Griffith too? Blasphemy.

I'm looking at it right now on Hulu, my guess is probably yes.

EDIT: All the music is change on Hulu, no Paula Cole theme song, and its replacement is terrible.

Hopefully I get that cover with the entire cast when my issue comes this week. Too bad they didn't get John Wesley Shipp and Mary-Margaret Humes to participate. I have to assume that maybe Shipp was in Canada doing The Flash and wasn't available to come.
Apparently they weren’t even asked: https://www.thewrap.com/dawsons-cree...-such-a-shame/

It's sad they were left out of the reunion, I meant they even brought back Jen's Grandma in those pics.

Re: Dawson's Creek Discussion Thread

yeah that sucks that they weren't invited. I saw Mary-Margaret Humes post and she seems really disappointed that she and Shipp weren't invited. Her Instagram feed is flooded with old Dawson's Creek pictures.

Her and Shipp were in far more episodes than Meredith Monroe and Busy Phillips, who were both in the photo shoot.
