Sounds kind of similar to 'Touching Evil' that was on USA...

The show is "supposed" to be about this guy's psyche and watching him as he gives up a piece of himself each week fighting the good fight.

So... looks like I better fill out that Wal-Mart application.
TNT picked up series orders for 2 pilots yesterday... before ours is even done being edited.
They had told us 3 months ago that ours was one of four they were shooting and they were going to pick up 1 for sure and possibly 2... hmm... when I asked the network about it, they said quote - "Oh, don't worry about that. That doesn't mean anything. There's always room for another good show."
Uh, huh... and I won't ***e in your mouth and the check is in the mail and...

Damn. Sorry to hear that. I'm not sure I buy the idea that TNT can make a series without screwing it up anyway. Do I start calling them now?
Btw, if you want your pilot to get picked up, rewrite it so the stars are all NBA players. TNT claims to "know drama", but it sure seems more like they "know NBA" every time I take a look at it.
das

I missed the update.
Sorry about the news, BD. Be persistent in your efforts, because somebody has to name-drop for us on television, and we would like that somebody to be you.

How did I miss this as well?
BoatDrinks sorry to hear what you last reported. Hopefully better news has come your way in the past few weeks. Already been stated, but you were working with some great talent there in both Walter Hill (been a devoted fan his whole career) and Fred Ward, so a big

I think you need to read the thread some more.
BoatDrinks, wtf, man! They ordered the pilot and then filled their schedule before it was done? That's absurd! Any chance they're going to do a second round of scheduling? Man, that really stinks.
You should take my Alias story idea, write an entire season based on it and submit it to JJ Abrams and become head-writer there and win Emmies!
(Ok, I'm not stupid, I know you can't write spec scripts for shows and submit them to that show... But maybe we could collaborate on a treatment
)
