What was particularly surprising about it was her constantly citing herself having better "integrity" than Kelly because he whispered about her (big deal!), when what he did was nothing compared to her total lack of integrity in letting the Levi's execs mistakenly give her credit for the jeans wheel (which I don't think was a stupid idea). She could've easily said "Ivana deserves credit for the wheel" then, but didn't then or later ever give credit where it was due.
