Judging by this thread, it would seem that any show with even a hint of popularity is the most rewatchable in TV history.

The Shield
The O.C. - although some episodes are annoying, especially during the "Oliver saga"
Chapelle Show
The Sopranos
Friends
Saved by the Bell - although it definitely seems a lot cheesier now then it used to

I think mostly in terms of comedies, M*A*S*H* being the most obvious (everyone I've ever talked to has seen every episode dozens, even hundreds of times), also Friends, Seinfeld, more recently Gilmore Girls... comedies have the advantage that it's not necessarily about the "surprises" or twists, or sometimes even the plot, as much as the delivery and the character's expressions... makes them rewatchable because if it was funny the first time, it often stays funny.

There are several shows I have a TiVo season pass for, where I keep one episode around in case I want to see it. They change from time to time but currently they are:

1) Wings (sadly this goes off tvland in January - when will Wings get some respect!)
2) Seinfeld
3) Roseanne
4) The Brady Bunch
5) Home Improvement
6) Threes Company

Sometimes I dont actively watch them but keep them on in the background (some people listen to the radio...)

No love for Dick van Dyke?! I own the DVD sets and still stop and watch everytime I come across it on Nick or TV Land.

Well shows that are always in reruns mean someone is watching them... Seinfeld, Saved By The Bell, Matlock, I Love Lucy, Friends...
