On Sunday 12/19/04, Turner Classic Movies at 12:00PM Eastern is showing an excellent and funny Christmas flick, Christmas in Connecticut (1945) and not yet available on DVD!

Anyone watching A Christmas Story yet? I'm 38 minutes into the first one. Wonder how many I'll get through.

TBS is on delay out there? Weird.

It started about 3 and a half hours ago here. Getting close to the 3rd viewing.

Must be TBS Pacific. The promos said starting at 8:00, but it started in AZ (Mountain) at 9:00.

Getting ready to watch Mr. Hankey in a few minutes. Four South Park Christmas Episodes in a row.

I remember one year I was really sick and couldn't go to any relatives houses on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I watched the first three airings-8:00 pm to 2:00 am-went to bed, worke up mid-morning around 9:00 am and then watch three more airings (10:00 am to 4:00 pm) of it.

Usually I'm either working or going to relatives houses either on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day so no more half-a-marathons for me. I do try to still watch it on TBS at least once, and did so last night at midnight. Also I have the DVD now so I can watch it at any time. (I brought the DVD to my cousins yesterday and we watch it after the football game/dinner.) Was weird watching it on regular TV after seeing it on DVD a few hours earlier.

LB...
