I like the way the show always has the class and breaks the bad news to a team who is last and trying so hard as the girls did to accomplish one of the tasks for countless hours. Phil is a great host too. Very compassionate. I couldn't see anyone else hosting this show.

Wasn't it just last season when Phil said to the pizza brothers "This is the first time in the history of the amazing race that I've had to come out on the course because a team was unable or unwilling to finish." Now he's done it again, wonder if this is going to be a new staple every season?

In all fairness I did like the sisters, and amazed at Lena's determination to complete the task.

Yes, Phil did that in the last season but the girls didn't give up. Letting them continue for another 2 hours probably would be cruel though especially since it was an elimination round.

What I want to know if why Phil and the crew waited 2 hours after Team Geritol showed up to take the last spot to advance in the tace.

The only reason why I'm sad that the sisters are gone is because they are sooooooooo hot. Lena has a set of kids that are way bigger then Hayden's. And Kristy is really hot too. This is like when Dolly got voted out, WHY THE HOT GIRLS???

I don't know why, but I've rooted for Lori and Bolo since the beginning, I have high expectations being that they're the strongest people in the race, but obviously, not the most intelligent.

Kris and Jon are the best team right now because there's ABSOLUTELY NO ARGUING. Hayden and Aaron have a little but not much. These two alpha teams will surely be in the top 5.

After hanging out at the pit stop for a few, they probably had to pack everything and travel a good distance (wasnt there a train ride from the field to the boat) in order to break the news.

I believe they road their bikes from the hay bales to the pit stop, so it must not have been that far.

They may have the most muscle mass, but they are definitely not the strongest team physically. Bolo can't run 100 feet without sucking wind.

And Bolo has those short little Mr. Incredible-like legs. He looks funny when he walks/runs.

His legs were cramping up on the initial bike ride to the field, no wonder the elderly caught up to them on the way to the finish.

Actually, just because the other teams found a clue in the hay doesn't mean, that the producers didn't edit them NOT finding one.

So the theory that only Lena must have missed them is flawed chances are that maybe other teams did miss them also. And why go back and search if you feel that the next might have it?

It was just bad luck.

They showed plenty of people striking out.

At least Phil actually showed up to tell them. During AR1, IIRC, they just left the gay couple a note that the race was over.

It was funny how Phil showed up. He appeared out of nowhere like God or something

I'm catching up on the seasons I missed, and Season 6 is airing on GSN right now. So I realize this is a little late, but...EIGHT hours!?!? Wow, poor Lena. She took it like a champ and hardly even complained. I'd be going apeshit if I had been unrolling hay for eight hours while several teams passed me up.

This is truly one of the most "amazing" things I've ever seen on The Amazing Race. The only thing that could have made it more memorable was if it had been Flo.

For a minute I thought this race was still going. Talk about wanting a $1 million bucks. Longest race EVER!
