Who do you think is going home tonight?

You know who I voted for.

silentbob007 11-30-04 07:41 AM

I missed last week ... so it's still to early for me to remember who people are ;).

LorenzoL 11-30-04 07:50 AM

Please let it be Jonathan and Victoria. The mental and physical abuse from him directed at her makes it hard to watch this great show.

Canis Firebrand 11-30-04 08:45 AM

If Jonathan is the guy that has curly hair, I agree. And people thought Colin last season was bad. He's a saint compared to this guy.

I too don't know who each team is based on name. Its early yet, and I don't really like any of the teams.

Jonathan is the asshole in the yellow shirt. That's how I remember him.

I said the same thing about Colin last week in comparison to the obnoxious asshat.

If you can't remember the teams, just click on the provided link!!!

Groucho 11-30-04 09:15 AM

But he wasn't wearing a yellow shirt last episode. He still had the blue hair, though.

For those who don't know by name, to the left is the asshat in question. :)

B.A. 11-30-04 09:27 AM

I wanted Bolo to crush him when he made that retarded superhero comment in the first episode.

Pressplay 11-30-04 10:07 AM

I voted for Bluehair and Co. And I did a little prayer to St. Jude, Patron Saint of desesperate causes.

tofu 11-30-04 10:17 AM

I voted for the old folks. They seem to be really lagging in comparison to the others.

tommyp007 11-30-04 10:45 AM

Voting for Gus/Hera. Would love to see Johnathan go, but that would mean losing his eye-candy, former Playmate wife.....so....keep 'em. HOWEVER, he needs to lighten up on her.

Damfino 11-30-04 11:10 AM

I voted for Team Stick Shift (Lena & Kristy).

I agree that Jonathan is annoying, but he's also entertaining, so I'm hoping they last a while.

Why are they Team Stick Shift? If anyone was Team Stick Shift, it was the girls who were eliminated last week.

Colin was entertaining. Jonathan is just flat-out obnoxious and asking for a swift kick to the nads.

Oops. my bad. I watched the show passively last week due to holiday travel and other distractions and forgot that the stick shift girls were the ones eliminated.

I'll say the guy with the hair horns, Adam I think. Either them or the old people.

the guy is a supreme prick, I am surprised that Victoria hasn't slugged him, I would if I were her.

From the CBS website:

♦ One Team is hit with a surprise leaving the Pit Stop that lights a fire under them to race hard for the entire leg.

♦ A simple Detour task turns grueling, driving several teams to switch tasks out of frustration, and bringing another team to its knees with exhaustion.

♦ One Racer is touched by the effort of her teammate, who battles through what seems like an impossible task. Will the Racer's persistence pay off in the end?

♦ During a Detour, a screaming match between teammates prompts sideline comments from other Teams. Could the constant bickering cause the Team to break down?
Sounds like a repeat of last week's. Considering all the highlighted infighting going on in this series already, I'm expecting Phil to say, "A Detour is a choice between two tasks, each with it's own pros and cons. In this Detour, racers much choose between 'Bicker' and 'Squabble'."

So many teams seem prone to self-destruction, so I'm just taking a guess at Gus / Hera. How can you be first leaving for the Pit Stop and end up being third?

Canis Firebrand 11-30-04 01:53 PM

Hmmm.. I'm guessing that the screaming match is between Jonathan and Victoria.

No clue on the others.

The preview
Spoiler:
showed several teams having problems with the hay bales and the challenge.

shoppingbear 11-30-04 02:12 PM

I voted again for Jonathan and Victoria, because THIS IS THE SEASON OF MAGICAL WISHES COMING TRUE  dangnabbit! :(

Maybe I should go to the Lost island and WISH it to be true...

Perhaps they'll be eaten by T-Rex when they discover that Iceland is actually a PENINSULA.

:yack: You think someone who's had so much plastic surgery, their lips are wrapped up to their eyebrows like The Joker, is "eye-candy"?? Jonathan seems like the kind of guy who would've encouraged her to get more surgery because he wanted a "trophy wife".

If Freddy is the guy who told Jonathon to get his own bag, that ought to be enough to like his team :D

movieking 11-30-04 08:56 PM

Holy Crap, Lena is Superwoman!

8 Freaking Hours!

Sad to see her go. She is more of a man than Jonathon.
