You didn't post the whole episode synopses:

Spoiler:
J.D. TRIES TO WOO MOLLY FOR ONE LAST CHANCE--HEATHER GRAHAM AND MOLLY SHANNON GUEST STAR--Molly (guest star Heather Graham) announces to everyone that she's moving away for a new job opportunity, which stirs the waters of the triangle between herself, J.D. (Zach Braff) and Elliot (Sarah Chalke). When J.D. and Molly end up making-out at her going-away party, Elliot plays games with J.D. when he asks for her blessing for him to sleep with Molly before she leaves town. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) has to fulfill community service hours and gets stuck riding around with a neurotic ambulance driver (guest star Molly Shannon) who drives him insane. Donald Faison, Judy Reyes and Ken Jenkins also star. TV-14

I think we're going to see Dr. Cox at his best tonight.

Triangle between JD, Elliot, and Molly? I don't remember JD and Molly even having many scenes together, how can there be a triangle?

I don't want Heather Graham's character to leave. I love the way she drives Dr. Cox and Dr. Kelso crazy.

I assumed that last week's trip to Mexico would be the end of her character

I loved it when Turk told Carla that she wasn't number one on their list because she has to be single to be ranked.

Basically he tries to stop her and she says it's not probably a good thing. At which point Terk comes flying down the cable line and lands without the crash. JD hands molly the note saying it is okay after which molly says "I think this note is for you" hands it back JD reads it: "Now we are even!" That's it. There was also the big revelation with molly shannons character I'm not sure if you saw that or not.

Damn, this episode was funny all the way through.

JD's confession of psychological problems in order to turn Molly on was quite a mouthful. I wonder how many takes that speech took.

The Todd and the Molly Pinata scene was disturbing.

Kelso in the wrong apartment 4 in the morning was classic.

The Janitor continuing the 4 year tradition.

It was good to hear Elliot's manical laugh.

Cox's ride-along provided that soft emotional center moment in the episode.

This episode ran on all cylinders.
