So the princess's EVP's were good, the rest of the ep was so so. I think my problem with the show now is that they got greedy and split the cast into two shows and really diluted it. I know how a lot of you feel about Brian but face it, he added a lot of drama to the show which is necessary when theres not much activity. That being said I enjoyed Ghost Hunters International even less. They had a chemistry that worked but now they've split the catalysts up and have 2 mediocre shows.
Another thing I find really stupid are the times they try to engage the 'ghosts' in these European settings by speaking English to them (sans 'Spirts of Italy' - where a smidge of Italian was spoken) - uh hello, they probably don't a clue what is being spoken to them - I keep wishing an entity would throw something at one of them to shut the fuck up. |

but really, not much happens or gets caught on video/EVP (by GHi) that strikes me as being truly remarkable, when compared to what GH has recorded.

Just an FYI for anyone interested, the series finale is tonight. I had read, though, that it might make a return on another network (Travel Channel?)

I watched the first couple of seasons before it became repetitive. I can't believe it has hung around so long.
Travel Channel does have an entire line-up of spooky "paranormal" shows they occasionally air. |

I stopped watching it many years ago after the rumors started coming out that they were faking stuff on the show, plus I grew bored with episode after episode of catching nothing. Also got sick of them saying "Did you hear that?" "Did you just see that?"

Ghost Hunters is the best of the ghost hunting shows. The quality of the show definitely dropped when Grant left but there have been no decent replacements. Ghost Adventures is terrible and the crew is a bunch of over acting morons. Jack Osbourne had a cool series a few years ago called Haunted Highway but it’s been replaced with the super lame Portals to Hell, which is beyond boring despite its title. I’ll check out the new Ghost Hunters. I’ve missed it since it’s been gone. |

St Augustine lighthouse episode is still my favorite episode of any ghost hunting show. Seeing the shadow figure move up the lighthouse tower was freaky! |

I hate Ghost Adventures series. They love when "orbs" show up! Ghost Hunters analysts hate "orbs" as evidence. |

Supposedly texting his filming schedule and locations he was going to be. The guy is a total doofus and is annoying on the show but I wouldn’t want the poor guy to die. |
