I went to the website and it was revealed there, so I posted it. No idea if it was ever announced on NBC or not.

This was like a championship boxing match. The person who I felt should have won, scored a tremendous knockout in the final round. Even though the person who actually won may have been leading on all scorecards going into the final round, he was knocked out and should not have won.

But I'm sure a lot of his friends and family voted for him and that is why he won. Hey I like the guy a lot too and I think that he will have a great future as a comedian, unlike a lot of the other comedians on there, but my man won the final round by knockout and should have won the fight!

The worst of the night won.

He was though about the 5th best overall.

Perhaps it was fixed and that is why the finale didn't happen.

I read the spoiler, and I like the winner. Guess I'll still watch the Comedy Central episode on Saturday, though.

I like your analogy.

That is a good analogy, Chris. I agree; Dave Mordal should have won it.

Well I just saw the 30 minute finale on Comedy Central and congratulations to Alonzo..... but this episode proved once again that the funniest and most original comic came in 2nd!

Alonzo couldn't even come up with new material, but Dave must have just walked around the city coming up with funny things. I swear if I were gay, I would marry the guy.... or maybe not, he didn't win the 250k!

Good bye, Last Comic Standing. Your 1st season in the house was excellent, your 2nd was terrible and your 3rd sucked.

I disagree with the analogy. Its more like Alonzo led on all scorecards going into the final round, then Mordal put up a great fight, winning the last round. But still, it was just winning 1 round. He was extremely weak in a few of the rounds. Alonzo was solid every time.

I am glad Alonzo won. If I were to see one comic at a comedy club, I would pick Boden.

I missed the first season, but I don't buy this. If the comedians from season 1 were so great WHY couldn't they win a single $1? The comedians I saw that represented season one were a joke. Terribly unfunny hacks. With the exception of Mordal and Vas.

As for season 3, it wasn't bad, but I would have preferred a crop of new faces.

Most of the first season comics were pretty weak on the stage (except for the ones you mentioned), but they were a lot more fun/interesting in the house. The past two seasons have only had some decent standup routines as highlights but there was a lot going on in the house the first season. The hide and seek game they played was pretty funny among other things.

Thank you for saying what I wanted to say!

If I just wanted to see a show about standup comedians, I would watch Comedy Central. But the magic and freshness of Season 1 was their lives and interaction in the house. The standup as I said before, was a means to vote someone off. And as we have seen, the majority of the comics could not even come up with new standup material every week.

And I would just like to apologize to anyone for my not 'spoilerizing' the results and it ruined it for you.

As you can see by this thread http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb...4&pagenumber=5 , I didn't initially put spoilers in my posting (same as this posting) and I was put on someone's ignore list because of it.

I believe that is the first time in my Internet career that I was put on someone's ignore list and I didn't even get in a personal attack!

I didn't follow it every week, but Alonzo always made me laugh the most.

Same thing that I found. He was easily the most consistent.

Dammit, I MISSED THIS! When is Comedy Central going to reair the finale? STUPID NBC, I wouldn't have missed it if they just aired it.

Is this the final end of LCS? Or will Comedy Central do a season four at some point down the road? Maybe next year?

I would not be surprised to see NBC run it as a summer series again next year, after the season three debacle is forgotten.

I'm in the same boat; I THOUGHT the tivo was set to record LCS on Comedy Central...but it didn't!

Oh well. I'm still mad at NBC.
