V, in my opinion, is still one of the best mini-series ever to grace network television.

It's too bad that V: The Final Battle and V: The Series were nowhere near as good.

V was fantastic. I sure hope something good happens with the new development project that his been rumored.

Last I heard, it's hit a snag because the network didn't think what was turned in was interesting enough for today's audiences.

Yep, you can read the details at Ilana's, but basically, the network thought Ken Johnson's new script was too similar to his original one, and not cool enough for today's audience.

Sad, too, because Ken Johnson has already indicated that Marc Singer, Faye Grant and Jane Badler were on board with it.
