Oh please, he does more than racial humor. His first time on the show he did a whole bit on Bed Bath and Beyond.

Don't forget that there is a show tonight @ 9/8 Central. Three of the six are going home (or so they tell us).

Either Tammy or Gary are going home. Please let it be Tammy.

And Tammy proves yet again that she isn't funny.

Now it's Heffron vs. Kathleen.

I think Kathleen will be going home.

John advances.

I love Kathleen, but she is the most established comic on the show - John needed this more.

Now it's Jay vs. Alonzo.

This one is a no-brainer.

And it was.

Alonzo practically looks just like his dad, but younger...of course.

I hope that all the guys move on... that'd be John, Alonzo and Gary (I'm not sure what Jay qualifies as).

I guess I can say that I was right!

It's gonna be tough for John to win, but I hope that Gary edges Alonzo out, but I doubt that's gonna happen.

I'll be tuning in next Tuesday.

BTW, I barely caught the end on the commercial for Season Three... am I right when I saw that its now going to be between the leftovers from Seasons One and Two trying for keys to the house?

... and yes, that would mean that Ant's back, yet again!

Yeah, I noticed that! Funny. I gotta give it to that guy for trying.

Way to go John, Alonzo and Gary! Still pushing for John to win the whole thing but Alonzo has gotten stronger every week.

Good, the right people got through
Once Alonzo wins, I will be happy. I think John has a shot to beat him, but he's going to have to do a lot better than the last show.

really? i think gary has a better chance against Zoe but both john and gary are similar because they relate to their childhood, which many people can relate to

But that's where John has Gary beat. Maybe it's just me, but when John does a bit about his childhood, it's that much funnier because of his cartoonish voice. He sort of talks like a kid, maybe that's why I wasn't into his singles bar bit so much. I can't picture him trying to get laid.

Alonzo should lose if for no other reason than that horrible defense joke. I've heard that same comment applied to every sport out there. Of course he's still better than the incredibly horrid Heffron. That guy is like the epitome of bad comedy. Hey, let me reiterate things that are already in the common person's head. Hey, I'm a comic genius!! Since when is common sense funny?

Tivo only recorded half of the results show. For some reason it thought that Scrubs was on at 9:30pm. I had to come here to find out who won.

Gary does the same thing. Most comics do.

Yeah, Gary's definitely the best of the three. I have to admit there was one joke Gary told last night that I thought was bad, but it still managed to make me laugh. I thought last night might have been his best set.

I can't stand Heffron's Bobcat on Prozac delivery. Heffron's material is like nostalgia comedy. Every one of his jokes are things I already thought myself except it was funnier when I thought it for various reasons.

Alonzo's ok, but the 2 Jay's are the only good comics I saw this season on the show. I can't believe there aren't better comedians out there. I know those 2 Leno bookers have a terrible sense of humor. I wonder if there's good comics that try out that we're not getting to see.

The 3 best comics I saw on this show were Todd Glass, Bonnie McFarlane, and Mary Beth Cowan, who tried out in Boston but didn't make the cut. Apparently, America doesn't share my sense of humor.

On the other hand, of the final six, I liked Gary, John, and Kathleen the best, with Alonzo a close fourth, so maybe America does share my sense of humor.

I didn't really respond to the second part in my last response. When I made a similar criticism about Heffron a couple weeks ago, somebody brought up Seinfeld. There's a huge misconception that Seinfeld just brought up common things and people laughed. Sure, some of Seinfeld's humor was a little simplistic, but he also came up with brilliant observations and made hilarious jokes about them. Heffron just brings up things we've all experienced, but he doesn't actually make any jokes about them. I seriously cannot see how he's funny at all.
