as you can clearly see, whites are a vast majority of the deaths

as was the case from 1980-1993
http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/dod1a.html

Isn't that a higher % than what Blacks represent in the general population? (I found 12% as a figure)

RACE/ETHNICITY (Just totals)
American Indian or Alaska Native = 6
Asian = 19
Black or African American = 95
Hispanic or Latino = 86
Multiple races, pending, or unknown = 4
Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander = 7
White = 551

95 vs. 551 is about 17% of the total "population"

EDITED: Oops, it's exactly on target for the same as the general population. 95 vs. 768 (total of all deaths)

12.3%

Yes lets let every soldier chose when and where they want to fight.
You seem to be missing the point, Nobody is suggesting that we let the soldiers decide when they should or should not fight, the point is that the person who does make that decision, should do so with a great deal more caution and forethought, than what has been exhibited over these last 2 years .

This is a point that I can agree with. I do not think that the thrusting the country into war should be something done lightly. I hope that the preseident has thought long and hard about his decision to send us to war, I know I did. In the end I agree with his decisions. For to long has the middle east been a couldron of hate and anti-americanism for to long and I think by putting more American friendly democracies there we are doing the right thing for our own safety and investing in the long term safetly of our nation.

Is the middle east any less a couldron of hate and anti-americanism? I'd say it's worse now than ever. How long will you give it, for Bush or anyone, to see if the experiment of creating Democracy for people who don't really care to have it, believe in it, or really know much about it? How much money is it worth? How many dead bodies? And, no matter who wins or how long we stay, I'm still not convinced that the Iraqi government will ever be the reasonable democracy and stabilizing force in the middle east you think it will. If Bush could or would answer any of these questions in a way that independants or moderate democrats could believe in, he'd be running 10 points ahead of Kerry and he'd cream Kerry in the electoral college. Right now, it's probably Kerry's race to lose.

Every once in a while they tape segments, but this is more the exception than the rule. I can't comment on the editing of these, but at least 80% is live. If you don't ever watch it, how can you comment on it being live anyway?

Did you see it today? 100% of it was taped at least an hour or more before it aired. When did I say I never watched it?

I used to have a slight amount of respect for O'Reilly before I watched the episode with Jeremy Glick. He's civil with his guests until their views on the world differ from his own. From that point on, he falls back on his excellent interviewing techniques, including telling his guests to "Shut up" and talking over them until the "interview" is complete. O'Reilly, like many of the talking heads out there (mostly on Fox) need to take a step back and realize that not everyone shares their opinions.
