This was definitely the worst MTV Movie Awards show in recent memory. Lindsey did a serviceable job as host, but nothing more than just introducing the presenters. Most of the presenters were stiff and not funny(the whole Jamie Foxx/Tom Cruise thing was almost painful to watch). The "Ron Burgundy" interviews were hilarious, but that was pretty much the high point of the night. Everything else was just terrible, terrible. I can only hope that next year MTV will do a better job.

Tom Cruise seems so out of touch with reality.
Jack Black should host...everything.
The troll was the highlight of the show.
Beasties surprised me. Much better than i thought they'd be. The Rolling Stones of rap (okay maybe not, but they've been together for a long time!)
Stiller & Vaughn were okay, but that was no "Titani" pitch.
Overall, pretty lame.

I thought those interviews were just rediculously lame. Even scares me that Anchorman is going to suck, but I guess i'll have to wait and see.
