Was she? I was really rooting for her when I saw she was going to be in it. And Big Dave, you can't win. If you had made a new thread, someone would have just sent you a link to this one and asked why you didn't post in it.

I thought Tracey was fine in Grindhouse, over-the-top, but that is the way the character was written.

In my opinion, yes. She was terrible. And that has been echoed by at least one other poster in the Grindhouse review thread. Not many have been that specific, but most criticism of the film lies with the babbling women. Her character is terrible and she was extremely irritating the whole time she was on screen.

Oh, I wasn't condoning a new thread. It wouldn't have been worth it.

Tracie Thoms was hilarious in Death Proof. I thought she did a great job...and I miss Wonderfalls.

I thought she was great in Death Proof.

I keep waiting to see this set for $17 again at Walmart to pick it up, but I keep missing it. I am definitely going to pick it up and finish the series though.

I just finished it watching it as well. I CANNOT believe this show wasnt a hit. 20 minutes into the pilot, I was completely hooked. The wax lion. The family intervention. The lesbian.

I finally watched this a couple months ago. Pretty solid, but I didn't love it.

Just saw Caroline Dhavernas in the movie Breach. Good to see her again.

Loved it while it aired, and own it now. I'm thankful they at least released the full season so we could all have opportunity to view it. I enjoyed seeing Dhavernas in Breach as well.

Funny that this thread has been resurrected. I just bought Wonderfalls this last weekend when Best Buy had all FOX DVDs on sale. I had already seen the whole series through rentals, but was thinking about it again.

Be sure to listen to the commentaries, too. They give you insight from the writer as to where they had planned to have the story go over a 2-3 year period.

I watched every episode (that aired) when it was on FOX. Now I've watched the entire series 5 times over on DVD. I love this show. And I love that people are still discovering it on DVD.
