My first thought was "Space Rangers". Only six episodes, but really well done. Should have gotten a whole season, at least.

I also greatly enjoyed "Greg the Bunny" and the live action version of "The Tick".

I forgot about that show! It was probably the highlight of their Saturday night spooky action lineup for me. The lead actress from that show was in that piece of crap Brittany Murphy movie, "Little Black Book", and I was wondering where I recognized her from.

Plus, it ended the season on a cliffhanger, which I don't believe was ever resolved, considering it was canceled.

There was also this one comedy/drama on USA based on a TV movie they produced - The Huntresses or something. It was about a mother/daughter bounty hunter team, and it wasn't great TV, but I always looked forward to watching the episodes. It was canceled far too quickly.

I remember The Huntress on USA. I also miss The War Next Door and Cover Me from USA as well.

I think Homeboys In Outer Space left quite an indelible mark on society.

That was a good show. I also liked the new Fantasy Island with Malcolm McDowell.

While I'm at it, I liked Miss Match, My Guide to Becoming a Rock Star, That 80's Show, and Pasadena.

And I really liked Popular and Lone Gunmen, along with all of the shows I listed in my first post.

I kind of doubt it, since Mark Valley has moved on to the new drama, "Boston Legal". But most of the other actors look relatively free, so if Valley's new show doesn't fare well, it might have an outside shot.

I agree with many mentioned here so I will add one that I have not seen listed: Wonderland.

Chris Carter's Harsh Realm, which aired for 3 episodes. Great show.

I LOVED that show...with Jason Bateman. I remember when they took it off the air here in town, it was after part 1 of the "Dregs of Humanity" bit, and I never got to see part 2 I don't think. I think Justine was in that episode (I had a crush on her).

I think I wqrote a letter to NBC to complain about them taking it off the air...a lot of good that did.

In terms of BBC shows, I'd have to say: Fawlty Towers, Knowing Me, Knowing You, and The Office.

All amazing shows that never had a chance to jump the shark.

The Marshall Chronicles - 6 episodes
Flying Blind (with Thomas Haden Church from Wings and a smoking hot Tea Leoni) - 22 episodes

Looking these up on TV Tome, I just found out they were both created by Richard Rosenstock who writes for Arrested Development.

The Famous Teddy Z - 20 episodes. Good to see John Cryer finally get a hit show

Ned and Stacey (again, Lowell from Wings!) Though it did last two seasons, it should've been much longer.

And of course, any show Judd Apatow is involved with.

In a way, the origonal Star Trek. I know it lasted 3 seasons but considering the fame, spinoffs, and icon status it has achieved, I'm surprised it was so short
