The Apprentice -- 3/25 -- Casino Night

Six remain...

http://www.nbc.com/nbc/The_Apprentic...tant_stack.gif
Amy - Bill - Katrina
Kwame - Nick - Troy

Mopower 03-25-04 01:54 PM

I hope either Katrina or Bill get axed. I can't stand either one of them. I'm pulling for Troy or Amy to win it all.

Red Dog 03-25-04 01:58 PM

I hope Kwame gets the heave-ho. Except for posing as a famous athlete, he has done absolutely nothing and has little in the way of personality.

JuryDuty 03-25-04 02:18 PM

I hope it's Katrina or Kwame that get the "You're Fired!" *

He's the most vanilla black guy I've ever seen.

And by vanilla, I mean boring.

Red Dog 03-25-04 03:42 PM

If you are going to ask a question like that, CPA-ESQ., use spoiler tags for pete's sake! -ohbfrank-

thank you

the aftermath 03-25-04 03:54 PM

I think someone gets the boot. Otherwise what would be the point?

sorry :O

I didn't know this would be a spoiler - just didn't want anyone to be disapointed (I could be wrong though)

Jadzia 03-25-04 04:22 PM

This cracked me up:

Y2K Falcon 03-25-04 06:28 PM

I don't think even NBC would be lame enough to have a commercial that shows "You're Fired" without having that actually happen.

Someone please tell me that Amy is just playing that asshat Nick. :yack:

the aftermath 03-25-04 08:52 PM

Goodbye
Spoiler:
slut

Patman 03-25-04 08:52 PM

Buh-bye, Katrina!

Mopower 03-25-04 08:53 PM

See ya byatch!! I hated that chick.

the aftermath 03-25-04 08:55 PM

I'm tellin ya, it's gonna come down to Amy and Nick.

Derrich 03-25-04 08:58 PM

This ep was leg central. Katrina and Amy both strutting in with the short skirts and just when I think it can't get any better...BAM! Carolyn leans back to show off major thigh. Best. Show. Ever.

D

neiname 03-25-04 08:58 PM

Amy is not only the best candidate in the field but she cut Katrina down in the boardroom. No emotion, she's like Iceman.

Shannon Nutt 03-25-04 09:01 PM

The Verizon commercial with Trump was pretty funny...

Not as funny as the Miss USA promo with Trump & Sam, though.

Patman 03-25-04 09:01 PM

Loved the smile Amy flashed when the Donald gave Katrina the heave-ho. Katrina was depicted as the female ready to flirt her way to the top. I was surprised Katrina didn't sit in the car dealer's lap while trying to come up with "equitable" terms for the car rental co-marketing campaign.

I always liked the Iceman.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO..... Katrina......

Oh well....

But my gosh those legs.......

POWERBOMB 03-25-04 09:42 PM

Nice legs episode. I like Amy more with straight hair than curled. I'm pulling for her to win it all.

However, Nick might just play her after all.....

BDB 03-25-04 11:03 PM

amy was shocked she lost, she looked like she was about to break down in tears.

that casino sure makes some cash. and of course the boys gave donald his 3K back at the tables

das Monkey 03-25-04 11:14 PM

Definitely gonna miss those legs, but not those eyebrows, and certainly not the holier-than-thou nor the flirtation as an only skill approach.

das

Groucho 03-25-04 11:19 PM

Did you notice how Bill gave Kwame a shove after they won? "Out of my way, black man!" -ohbfrank-

das Monkey 03-25-04 11:25 PM

whats the name of the song that they use as the theme?

"For the Love of Money" by The O'Jays. It's almost 30 years old, but it still sounds damn good.

Kal-El 03-26-04 12:30 AM

Oh my goodness those legs. Those damn fine legs...and Amy's too and Carolyn's thighs...

Y2K Falcon 03-26-04 12:34 AM

It would have been better if Nick would have been drinking water when Amy said "Bill is my strongest competition" in the board room. His reaction was priceless.

Red Dog 03-26-04 12:43 AM

I'll miss those legs too.

I still don't get the point of that challenge. Did their raffles/wheel spinning actually bring people into the casino to gamble? It sure didn't seem like it to me. It almost seemed like they cost the casino money. Those were both lame giveaways too - spin the wheel for a chance to win $1000? Of course that was outdone by a $300 rental car credit. rotfl

At least they finally had a kick-ass reward for the winners.

Trelach24 03-26-04 12:46 AM

Katrina :(

I don't care. She's the hottest woman of all time.

No reason to watch the show anymore :(

duy37 03-26-04 12:47 AM

i like how that old guy tore up the green piece of paper that the model gave him

oh yeah and katrina...omg, i'm going to miss those legs and her hotness...

Decker 03-26-04 01:12 AM

OK, so I'm confused here:
Versacorp gives away over $1000 cash (there were other prizes on the wheel, remember?). Protege gives away a $300 rental car credit they got for free. How is this fair? Does that prize money come out of seed money for the task? (I think they get some; that's how
Spoiler:
slut
hired a contractor for the crappy apartment a few eps back). If they are given this money, that "rent a car sorta like this" promo was even lamer than I thought. If not, does it come from the tables or what?

shanester 03-26-04 03:06 AM

I didn't undertsand the car rental either??..The dealer would not have just given them the car for FREE even in return for publicity would he??

Amy was right when she said Katrina used too much of her sexuality. Now we know why she so successful in her real estate business in Miami (?).

Amy: "Let's cut the b.s. and talk business"

Although Katrina looked amazing in her short skirts her personality was really annoying. She was very whinny!. Everything was apperently Amy's fault she wasn't doing better. Could it be that her ideas were simply lame??..Belly Dancers in a casino?? -rolleyes-

I thaught Amys explanation for keeping Nick around was very smooth too. "He's a tougher competitor then Katrina". She was able to side step the whole notion that it might be because they have the hots for each other although Katrina did try to use that against her in the boardroom but it didn't work

Trump made the right choice considering her overall contribution so far she's earned the right to stick around

ps. Anybody else notice Nick's big grin when he got back on the elevator..priceless :)

The dealer barely wanted to loan it to them, so I doubt he would have given it away.

Shannon Nutt 03-26-04 05:02 AM

The guys should have raffled off the tiger...now THAT would have been entertaining!
