just did a little googling and found this little nugget regarding ms. Loraine

Saucy Patti D'Arbanville, now on NBC's Third Watch, has a nude scene in a coming episode. She's 52....

....D'Arbanville auditioned nearly six years ago to play Carmela Soprano, but lost the competition to Edie Falco, who has since won three Emmys. The newly minted guest star says, "I've been wanting to do this for a long time. And I like the fact that I get to play nobody's bimbo. I get to be one of the boys."

When did The Sopranos become a comedy? I haven't laugh so hard for an hour of TV in a long time.

Whan Paulie walked away after the guy in the tree told him to eff off, you just KNEW he was coming back. Nice of him to keep half of the guy's money, give away half of his territory, and enlist him to mow some lawns for free. Good ol' Walnuts.

Feech is mad dog nuts. I want to see him throw a tantrum against Tony.

Uncle Junior is getting a little oobatz.

Best line of the night:

"Lay off the Snapple!"

Most heartbreaking line of the night:

"Don't you love me?"

Best episode since "Pine Barrens"!

The sit down with Lorraine after the incident had the best line IMO. When her lacky started to speak up she yells

"Shut the f//k up, there are men talking"

The family tree shit is getting confusing... When Adriana was explaining it to the FBI she made it sound like somehow Tony and Carmela are related in some way...

Was Bobby wearing Chet's shirt from Curb Your Enthusiasm? Remember the shirt Larry got for Ted Danson?? Hilarious CYE tie-in. "That's not you--that's a MOVIE." For some reason I just found it funny they'd have the old guy say CYE was a movie...
GREAT EPISODE...

There was no Dr. Melfi, Carmella, or Meadow this week. Without Lorraine and the tiny bit of Adrianna it would have been a total sausage fest!

I was LOLing when Lorraine offered to suck all the guys c0cks... She seemed so tough and then 2 seconds later she's begging for her life.

It was an awesome episode with lots of funny as hell moments, but what really got me was the "Don't you love me?" at the very end.. I was practically in tears

That was a great closing scene. I was glad they put them back together because I always liked the conversations between Junior and Tony. Junior wandering off looking for his brother was just depressing Thank God for Paulie providing the comic relief! "He jumped out of the tree and come at me with a chainsaw" probably will go down as my favorite line ever

I see the first three episodes of season five as just more of the same tedium presented in season four. I think it is about time someone informed David Chase that 13 episodes every 16 months does not allow for okay episodes. They need to all be A-One.

Take any two Italians on earth and we'll find a way to say were related. It has alot to do with our loose interperitation of the word 'cousin'. If your grandparents came from the same town...your cousins.

More evidence that Italians are just Jews who believe in Jesus (or vice versa). The big families where everyone is a cousin, an aunt, or an uncle ... the food ... the guilt ...

Speaking of Jews, how come we never see Hesch any more?

its called set up, we can't have all 13 episodes with non stop whackings or the show moving at a frantic pace. these slower episodes help us get to know the characters better, so when the bad stuff happens at the end of the season, we feel for the victims.

Hesch was in last week's episode, talking to Tony S. in the Bada Bing when Cousin Tony B. was having his welcome-back party (not the one with the family - just the guys greeting him at the club). You only saw him for a few seconds, though. Not even sure if he had a line...

I was glad that Adriana explained that. About 10 minutes before she did, I was wondering how exactly Chris was Tony's nephew and Tony B's cousin. And if you use the explanation from the Godfather that girls often hooked up with their cousins because the other men in the village were killed off, then the family lines really get confusing.

I liked this episode a lot. It was still slow-paced, but had some excellent story building in it. Paulie is just hilarious. Not only does the New York family have an ongoing feud, but I also think there will be a feud building in the Soprano family. The last scene was heartwrenching, Junior wasn't the only one holding back tears,

BTW, for those confused over the family tree...

Dickie Moltasonte is Carmella Soprano's cousin...Dicke was a big brother figure to Tony, so Dicke's son, Christopher, technically Tony's cousin on his wifes side, is called tony's nephew because the father was tony's 'big brother'

Clear?

The Lorraine situation was never really resolved. If anything, it's only going to escalate. It seems that she earned their respect by being quick to pull the trigger so I think things are going to get real bloody real fast.

I sense a power struggle coming between Tony and Feech. And Feech doesn't seem like the type of guy to be suttle about anything.

Sopranos family tree

Hope this clears things up a little, at least the relationship between Chrissy and Tony. I'm thinking Steve Buscemi's character Tony Blundetto is somehow related to Joanne Blundetto.
