Paradise Hotel was my favorite reality show ever, and I may be in the minority here, but since Forever Eden is basically a copycat show, I have enjoyed the 2 episodes so far, although the initial batch of guests seems less compelling to me than the PH guests. Sort of the way last season's Big Brother cast seemed really boring to me compared with past seasons.

Yeah - I think one of the main problems with this show so far is the 'cast' - they are all quite boring and lame. The other problems with the show are that it is trying to be far too dramatic and twisty in every episode - they don't have to do that. First of all, they won't be able to keep it up... second of all, we're only a couple episodes into the show so far so we aren't really involved with these people enough to care that there's a 'twist'. It's fine to shake up the rules, but don't present it to the audience like it's the big season cliffhanger every 5 minutes before a commercial. Sheesh.

The cast seems boring though I don't like the cast on any reality show until about 1/3 of the way into it. I guess it's promising that new people will be coming in every week.
With their stupid twists there is no way to plot a strategy. I don't like that.
I also don't like what is obviously creative editing and all the open mouthed gapes, head turns, gasps, darty eyes, etc.
I also don't get the 1/2 money deal for being booted. I understand you get none if you leave on your own but is there no conceivable way in which you can leave with all the money?
I thought it had a lot of promise. I really like the concept. It's just poorly done and extremely lame. Will I watch again? Yes.
I wonder if this show will last long enough to cycle out all of the original cast. I'm guessing no.

Okay I watched it, despite my dislike of reality shows. It's kind of interesting, but how much of a paradise is it when there's so much fear, hostility, and stress going on?
What happened in the last five minutes? The last I saw, the black girl had recorded a statement.

This show actually uses the same narration dude and background music as Paradise Hotel. Just wait 'til the producers start rigging the rules all over the place as "twists" again... oh wait, too late.

I watched it for five minutes last night, and I got really pissed off because I was thinking how they could cancel the wonderful Keen Eddie, yet find a reason to air this bullshit, which makes Paradise Hotel look better than it was.

I thought the banishment part was great. Shawna picks Jason thinking about his like for her, she soo shouldnt have dissed him when he was telling her he liked her, otherwise, he might have picked her over Neveen. That was beautiful.
