I thought this episode was pretty good. It was cool that Anna helped Seth and Summer eventhough she obviously still has feelings for Seth. I think that's why Seth is going to be sad she is leaving, because only a true friend would do something like that.

I don't think so. I just think 21 year olds are more seasoned actors than 16 year olds.

Anyone know the name of the song they played over and over and over on the show? Kinda sounded like Phish, and the lyrics were something along the lines of "Gotta find a way to leave somehow, gotta find another way" or something. Good song.

I was disappointed in how Anna looked for this episode. I'm not sure what Samaire Armstrong did to her hair, it was even shorter than before, but she looks a hell of a lot better here.

Actual ages of the actors!
| Actor & Character Name | DOB | Age |
|---|---|---|
| Peter Gallagher as Sandy Cohen | 08/19/55 | 49 |
| Benjamin McKenzie as Ryan Atwood | 09/12/78 | 26 |
| Kelly Rowan as Kirsten Cohen | 1967 | 36 |
| Adam Brody as Seth Cohen | 04/08/80 | 24 |
| Mischa Barton as Marissa Cooper | 01/24/86 | 18 |
| Tate Donovan as Jimmy Cooper | 09/25/63 | 41 |
| Rachel Bilson as Summer | 11/13/81 | 23 |
| Chris Carmack as Luke | 12/22/80 | 24 |
| Melinda Clarke as Julie Cooper | 04/24/69 | 35 |
| Navi Rawat as Theresa | ??? | |
| Alan Dale as Caleb | 05/06/47 | 57 |
| Amanda Righetti as Hailey | ??? | |
| Taylor Handley as Oliver | 06/01/84 | 20 |
Since there's been a lot of discussion about the actual ages of the actors playing the characters, I decided to find out myself what their ages are. If anyone can fill in the blanks for the 2 actresses that would be great.
p.s. Here is a great resource about The O.C. http://www.tvtome.com/OC/season1.html#ep20

I will say this - they all do look younger than their actual ages.

But isn't that human nature. When we are young, we want to look older, but when we get into our mid 20's, we want to start looking younger!

Looking back at the whole Oliver debacle, I'm glad that it's over but also appreciate that the show wouldn't be where it is at without it. I think the show might be at it's best since the beginning of the Seth/Anna/Summer triangle. The writing is atleast good(Ryan/Marissa/Theresa), and at best fantastic (Seth/Cohen Family). So, if Oliver had to happen then atleast it's over and the show is highly watchable again.

I knew Theresa looked familiar, I think she played the slayer on Angel who was stuck in a hospital for whatever affliction she had.

well, i'm kind of getting sick of them using multiple songs from the same albums and promoting them every week. another mojave 3 track prominently played throughout this show. if you'e trying to market albums, do it a little more discretely.

It's interesting, she is playing a Latina, but looking at her name (Navi Rawat as Theresa) it looks like she might be from India or Pakistan!

for all the other oc fans out there (read this on the digital bits)
Meanwhile, we have word that Warner Bros. is already hard at work on The O.C.: The Complete First Season, which will be released later this year as a 6-disc box set (featuring all 27 episodes plus extras).
