Man vs Beast 2, Tonight (2/20) at 9 on FOX

I know Tony Kornheiser and I can't wait for this!

FOX SPECIAL:
“MAN VS. BEAST 2”

WHO IS KING OF THE JUNGLE - FIND OUT WHEN THE ALL-NEW SPECIAL “MAN VS. BEAST 2” PREMIERES FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 20, ON FOX

Man meets his ultimate competitor in the second installment of the FOX special MAN VS. BEAST airing Friday, Feb. 20 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. In MAN VS. BEAST 2, human participants will go head to head against animals in a series of competitions testing a variety of physical skills. Steve Santagati (“Man Vs. Beast,” “Looking For Love: Bachelorettes in Alaska”) will again serve as host. Olympic Gold Medalists Carl Lewis, Bart Connor and Dan O’Brien will serve as commentators. (SP-0445) (TV-G) Events include a long-jumping competition between man and dog, a test of endurance while an orangutan and a man hang from a suspended bar; a contest of speed and agility as man and chimpanzee race up a palm tree and finally a relay race between five little people and a 1,500-pound camel.

Host: Steve Santagati

Who's everybody got?

Long Jump: Man vs Dog? I got the dog.

Endurance: Man vs Orangutan? I got the man.

Tree climb? Man vs Chimp? I got the chimp.

Relay? 5 little Men vs Camel? I got the Camel.

If they want to, I'm sure they can. Will this orangutan want to hang there - that is the question. Plus I had to predict one event will go to the Man - this seemed the most likely.

Dammit - of all the days he could take off from PTI, Tony picks this one.

This is good so far. The guy beat the orangatan because the orangatan moved to side and was disqualified.

A critical lack of focus on the part of the beast.

I knew the dog would win. I've seen Morgan a few times on ESPN Outdoors programs - he can fly.

My prediction on the orangutan was right on. I just didn't see any reason for him to keep hanging there. When he sprang a leak, you just knew he was done.

The tree climb was not exactly fair. I didn't think that Man would be able to use that cloth btwn their ankles.

Finally, I called the camel race correctly, although I have to give some credit to those little people - they almost pulled it off (that last one had quite a bit of speed).

Anyone watch the Celebrities spelling bee tournament before this aired? Some people really impressed me with their spelling talents (Alan Thicke) while others couldn't spell to save their life (***** on The Sopranos, for one.)
