I loved this episode. Good riddance to Dr. Romano. I used to like him because he was a source of conflict, but the writers let him get away with WAY too much in recent years. He was also irredeemable: there was no realistic way that any of the other characters would ever be sympathetic to him in the future (or serve as a possible love interest). It was time he got what he deserved.
