I thought this was actually kind of interesting in how "inter-departmental" cooperation was played incompetently, and how Joe had to show them who's boss by exposing the LA undercover cop to further his own case.

Joe's exposing of the LA UC cop was the only part of the ep that I liked. The bad acting really got on my nerves this ep. I didn't enjoy it at all - too annoying and unforgettable, imo.
