Yes I liked it alot. Basically it had to do with 3 Russian KGB sleeper agents from the 80's, who after 20 years get a mysterious call and bring a semi-large trunk with them to meet the caller. They turn up executed, half buried at the beach.
But then people around the crime scene start dying suddenly and it's determined that a biological agent was on the bodies, that causes sudden death. Then more than 20 people die with the same symptoms in that city. So now it is terrorism and the team gets involved.
When they determine what biological agent it is, it brings back memories for the team's boss (the one that does the news briefings at the White House), who remembers a KGB Agent that they arrested in the early 80's. He supposedly had sleeper agents underneath him, but he never admitted it. But there was a rumor of this biological agent being created by the Russians. So they go to visit this guy now who is living in the U.S. and has his own auto repair shop.
At first it doesn't look like he has anything to do with these deaths. But they set up a stakeout and he eludes them. They know now he has something to do with it, but they don't think he is actually the one behind the deaths.
There is much more that goes on and maybe someone else would like to elaborate.
