The Ross stuff in the beginning was the funniest part of the show... which isn't saying much. I thought all the storylines were boring and predictable. The Phoebe/Mike story could have been much funnier instead of "Gee, I bet they're going to flip-flop several times on the money/wedding thing." YAWN...
AND I can't believe they reran an episode that was just aired less than a month ago.

I just thought this episode was alright, but then again I didn't give it my full attention. I don't know how you could take money back that you gave to charity. That would just feel wrong to me. Joey's turn around on the social work was great, I was almost crying.

I thought Joey was pretty damn hilarious when the woman from the adoption agency was at Monica/Chandler's.
And Jennifer Aniston looked great this ep, particularly at the end.

While the new ep was fun, I too am irked that they re-ran an episode just a few weeks old in the second slot. What a friggin' waste of programming time! Why the hell not just move Scrubs back to 8:30? Geez, the networks are run by morons...

Next week is more of the same crap from NBC; they're replaying the Friends with Christina Applegate (which I believe aired just last week). When will they understand? We need more Scrubs!

The Joey turnaround on the social worker was probably one of the funniest thing I've seen on Friends in several years.

Very funny episode. My favorite line was when Chandler & Monica pasted on big smiles when answering the door, expecting the adoption lady, and it was Phoebe. "Is this the Creepy residence?"
Joey was great as usual too.
"You called me Bert! And Bert is our code word for danger."
"We don't have a code word."
"Joey! What are you doing here?"
"Bert! Bert! Bert!"
Honk!

Great episode. Joey had me cracking up.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but that episode was the one that was originally pre-empted for baseball and ran a week later than expected (thus, some people with PVRs missed it). NBC probably just wanted to make sure that people saw the episode.

Here's hoping their final Thanksgiving episode is on par with previous ones!

You'd think the writers could come up with something ELSE (for Ross).

I don't know. I think that's the third week in a row they've used a slightly different version of the "Ross has been married many times" joke. You'd think the writers could come up with something ELSE.

Joey with the social worker..... great job. Now I'm thinking his new show might not be so bad.

Well, that's still probably #1, but getting kicked by the kid on the swing is right up there. David Schwimmer is really good at slapstick, and the fact that I can't stand Ross makes it that much sweeter

I hate to say it but the show's not as funny anymore. Everything's feeling forced or re-used. I'm thinking that they pushed Scrubs to 9:30 so that people wouldn't realize how much less humorous it is now, by comparing it immediately to Scrubs. Time for Friends to end and for Scrubs to be pushed to the forefront. In fact, Scrubs should be made into a 1 hour sitcom.
