I view these shows as comics, things are explained away without much thinking to it and they do not watch little details (red trucks, Kents having enough money to replace trucks/tracktors...).

I love the show and it just give me some entertainment on Wednesday nights.

I agree with the general sentiment on this episode: a bit stale on the "someone suspects Clark" thing but a very enjoyable episode nonetheless. For the first time this season, I wasn't rolling my eyes or looking for something else to do until it was over. I guess a lot of credit should go to Michael McKean for bringing a lot of energy to the role.

Is it me or does careless Clark expose his powers to a different person each week?

Anyone else know that Michael McKean is married to Annette O'Toole (Martha)?

Since I tape everything to watch later, I always get in late on these posts. But I agree with everything that everyone has said!! hehe

One thing ... and maybe this is my memory messing with me... Didn't Chloe mention Perry White as editor while talking about the Daily Planet a season or two ago?

the red truck can be explained this way
Voyager went back in time and landed on Earth and is being hidden under the barn. They switched their shuttle factory over to dodge ram production

My knowledge of the Superman universe may not be up to snuff so I may be wrong here but as far as I know, Perry White eventually becomes chief editor of "Daily Planet" newspaper in Metropolis. At some point in the future, Clark Kent will be hired as a reporter for the "Daily Planet".

If you had seen the original Superman film starring Christopher Reeve, then you'd know that Perry White was the editor-in-chief at the Daily Planet, and he had a penchant for chomping on cigars, and telling Jimmy Olsen not to call him "Chief!" and Perry would use phrases like "Great Caesar's Ghost!"

In that case, this'll really blow your mind: Martha Kent is Lana Lang!

Did anyone else catch Pa Kent singing with Luke Duke on the CBS 75 Years special last night? That was a scary experience!

Actually I found this to be one of the more entertaining bits in the show...talk about 3 hours worth of self-indulgence! Who put together that show? ABC and NBC? You'd think CBS had about 3 or 4 worthwhile shows in the past 75 years from the program...then again, maybe that's all they HAVE had!

I thought their theme songs were the best part of the show
