Anyone see sunday nights. It was the holloween episode or something. They had monsters vs mascots. Hilarious. The contestants were dressed in monster suits and such.

My wife and I caught this by accident some time ago. One episode during the "sinkers and floaters" segment, a contestant who had ended her run badly told Guy that "there's blood in my stool!" That set my wife off laughing for at least ten minutes.

Later, during that strange obstacle course (with the monsters, the tetherballs, the pits with foam blocks, etc.) some guy on the "body part donors" team fell into a pit of pink foam blocks. One stuck to his back and fell off a bit later; one of the color guys said "looks like he spontaneously donated a pancreas!" There went my wife again, laughing hysterically. Now she's a fan.

My favorite one ever was during Boulderdash (you run up a hill with big boulders rolling down at you).

One guy was walking straight up the hill and not even trying to dodge while making these punching motions in front of him. When the boulder approached, he took the boulder square in the chest and it knocked his ass all the way down the hill. Priceless.

"Oooh, she takes it on the chin!"

reading these recaps and remembering seeing each of them has me laughing in tears all over again - and thanks for the notice about the marathon. I'm going to make my own homebrew dvd box set.
