I'm pretty mad that Lana didn't bust out her kung fu moves on that uncle.

Wow, this episode was so bad that it made me wish that I was in a coma.

Smallville + The Ring + Nightmare on Elm Street = LAME

Another week, another attempt on Lana's life. Shouldn't she have post-traumatic stress syndrome by now?

I'm going to continue to watch the show every week, since I'm a huge Superman guy and it's not a bad show by any means. But man I wish it was a better show.

They need to incorporate some Buffy-esque long story-arcs to the series. These wrap-it-up-in-under-an-hour stories are just not filling. Kinda like eating a Twinky for breakfast.

...why is lana so darn stupid! clark gets pulled out from the truck and mr. kent says "no don't call the ambulance, he just hit his head"....i seriously busted out laughing. Lana just kind of passed it off as "sure I guess so." and then she never questioned clark about it....weird!
Agreed. In the history of TV, isn't the third season generally regarded as when a series hits its stride...? I'm guessing Smallville & Alias are bucking this trend...

I gave Enterprise a pass for who-knows-how-long, so i'm willing to keep watching both Smallville & Alias, but with each ep I find myself more & more..

I do have high hopes for next week's ep.

[but, i'm predicting disappointment...hope i'm wrong]

I'm guessing the writers are planning on a huge surprise at the end of the series, where Clark ends up ruling the world instead of becoming Superman. I mean, if I were surrounded by so many insipid people, I'd linger on the first option a little longer.

guys, you know the scene when Lana undresses to skinnydip, the shot when she pulls off her top and you see her bikini/bra top ?

that was a body double

Just like the infamous Nicodemeus pool scene was mostly body double

You never get a revealing shot of Kristin Kreuk's body with a head shot in the same frame

overall though i liked this episode
