A pretty funny episode.
Timmy!
There was an hour long special on VH1 (of all places) on South Park a week or two ago. They spent some time on the episode creation process and it said they can churn out a new episode in 5 days with the computers they have.

There's also the Michael McKean version of his 'ladies man' side in the SJP ep of SNL.......
And, yes, Timmy ROCKED!!

the whole crab people aspect to the episode was just plain silly, kind of seemed like a cop out IMO.
the *** (english jargon for cigarette) line at the end seemed like a logistical character line for Cartman to say, at that point the humour fell flat on its face.

I didn't laugh as much as I thought I would for a show that had a good premise. I felt too many of the jokes fell flat. The whole crab thing at the end really didn't work for me either.

Started out excellent, but definitely went downhill after 5 - 10 minutes... and the crab people thing seemed like a definite cop out and just plain wasn't funny.

And I agree with the last few comments about this episode. I liked a lot of it, but the crab people just didn't do anything for me.

Funny ep, shows promise for the new batch.
Who greenlighted that horrible "Kid Notorious," though? I haven't seen a Comedy Central show suck that much since "Let's Bowl" or "That's My Bush."

And wasn't the episode two days after the Academy Awards all about the evils of Phil Collins winning?

The crab people was fantastic, not in anyway a cop-out as some are saying. When the "Fab 5" are put into a corner and shown not to be gay, where do you go from there? You have nowhere else to go, so you go to crab people.
The episode was a month after the Oscars (in which Phil Collins beat them... evil Phil Collins...), mostly in part for the fact that specific season of South Park didn't start until a few weeks after the Oscars.
