Playmakers 10/7
not a bad episode... better than last week's, i thought.. but i'm starting to wonder where this show is going...
QB bangin' the owner's daughter =
... looks like he's in deep shit next week though!
one thing i really noticed in this episode - i think the actors all do a pretty good job, but you'd think some of them would bulk up a little bit for their roles - especially the LB and the QB - did you SEE the size of that guy's legs??? look like a couple of toothpicks...

The show is really hilarious. I love how they integrate real athletes into the program by using TV and radio clips (even though the clips aren't real).

I loved the Around the Horn scene...Jay Mariotti and Woody Paige were perfect. I wonder how many interviews Kobe will give to ESPN now that they used his name specifically in the show. Tampa Bay already stopped talking with ESPN because they don't like the show. On the whole, it was better than last week. QB is the only fun character on the team....everyone else is too serious.

The QB looks pretty buff to me. He doesn't need to be huge anyway, if Kordell Stewart or Tom Brady (skinny as hell) can be real life QB's, so can the actor playing for the "Cougars"

I was surprised to hear all the real players' names singled out. Sure it added an air of authenticity (to a show that isn't at all realistic), but at the expense of turning those players (and perhaps their teammates) away from all ESPN contact.
