His last question was if they were afraid of backlash and then Zoey got kidnapped so I thought they might be connected, or i could be completely off.

It's the codename for their discussion about the assassination of Shareef. Danny's been piecing together what happened all season, and at this point he has it figured out that Bartlet ordered the hit. He's agreed not to go public with it yet because of the missing terrorists, so they came up with that code to talk about it.

so i missed out on a whole lot more. i think i've seen 2 or 3 season 4 shows. i'm catching up with season 1 and 2 right now. Any more details I need to know so the season premiere makes sense? i'll try to catch the season finale in reruns next week

I think if you watch the season finale, you'll be pretty much upto speed. There's some hardcore stuff going down on the season finale.
