So was Statboy an improvement?
Or equally obnoxious?
Or has ESPN managed to find someone even worse than Maxie?
Not only does StatBoy look like a ventriloquist doll, but he has NO grasp on how to run this show.
I watched as he would give out a quick 3 points to guys for saying "I'm selling this one StatBoy"...what!?!?! You have to make good points before you can earn points!
He clearly doesn't have a grasp on how to handle the point system, no matter how arbitrary the system is to begin with.

As others have stated earlier, I think Max does a good job, and the show has grown on me. I now work longer hours and don't get to catch it as often, but it used to be part of my daily routine. The only beef I have with it, is that it is in bed with the PTI produciton, in as much as watching both shows can be redundant at times.
But Max has proven that he can not only recite every boxer EVER from memory, but he has a decent grasp on the rest of the sports world.
And the disembodied voice rules.

I'll see you guys around....ah-THE HORNNN!!!

I can't stand the show because it's all opinionated. If Kellerman doesn't agree with their answers he takes a point and god forbid someone trying to explain themselves because that MUTE button is whacked.

I love PTI and The Sports Reporters because it's a discussion show but ATH is like watching Figure Skating. Yawn.
