Dead Like Me 7/18
Am I the only one still watching this? I still think it's hilarious. Dolores Herbig (as in "Her big brown eyes") never ceases to make me laugh, and the receptionist licking her phone was great.
One thing that freaked me out: my wife's name is P.J. Monroe -- the same name as the death of the week!
Thank God she's OK.

I'm probably going to rewatch it because we were having a bad storm friday night and my cable was flipping out and the first 30 minutes was a bit fragmented for me.
Still watching and still loving the show though!

I'm glad to see other people are still watching. It's pretty good. I am wondering how long they can keep it up since so far it's really been about learning to be a reaper. How will they keep it interesting when she's just doing her job? But I'll keep watching for now, because it's fun.

There's some really good bits of black humor on this show. It still hasn't quite found its footing, sort of like the lead character George, but I think once she finally leaves her family behind, she'll get on to bigger and better in the after-life as an undead.

I was happy with this episode. It seemed like the first episode that wasn't just endless exposition. And after three episodes of that, I was starting to wonder if they could keep the show going with just regular events.
Locking a main character in a box for an entire episode? Classic. Just too bad they couldn't have done that to Gayheart for a year.
