I'm not sure who Reese is, but one of the recruits was on the State. Ken Marino is his name. He's been on some earlier episodes as well.

Loved the Fast Eddie bits, especially his jump over the road-block and what happened to the cops when they tried to chase.

Is this episode going to be continued? It ended oddly; also we didn't actually get to see "Fast Eddie", and he was voiced by Jeff Foxworthy, seems like they'd want to show him at some point.

I'd think it would continue.

"Wait a minute. There's a fourth. There's a fourth. There's 'I want to put my car in the lake because I wanna see what going on in there!' driving."

I don't think it will continue. It was a homage to Smokey and the Bandit, and it even ended on a freeze frame. I'm sure we'll eventually hear from Fast Eddie again though.

What a great episode (and a great season so far.) Though I'm still not sure about Kimball - they haven't defined her character at all.

Jonesy's dance-off with the white kids had me rolling I need an animated gif of the "cabbage-roll" or whatever they called his move.

Oh, and at the end of the grafitti song, Clemmy smacked her ass. Love it

This show is consistently funny. The GTA line was my favorite of the night. I about lost it last week when the cat was shredded in the air conditioner fan.

Anyone have the Best Buy bonus DVD that came with Season 2? The looooong piece by Patton Oswalt's D&D geek character was hilarious (not to mention the reveal that he is Dangle's cousin).

As a favor to me, can we not consider this thread to be "off limits"?

All is fair in love and war, Timmy.
Which one's this, Dad?
Both.

This is great news. Very excited.

Sorry... I searched for The State before posting and that thread didn't come up! Oh... I see why... I only searched the TV forum, not the DVD forum.

Anyone see the season premiere of Reno 911?

Some big cast changes and Jonah Hill guest starring.

Season 5 wrapped 2 years ago and apparently something's happened between the actors since then. Wendi McLendon-Covey wrote on her MySpace page that she and the others were let go but not told why....

Anyways the jury is still out on the new characters but Terry was funny as always.

Re: Anyone see the season premiere of Reno 911?

Jo Lo Truglio (Frank Rizzo) was also in The State and has been pretty good in random movie roles (Wet Hot American Summer, Pineapple Express, Superbad...etc.)

Either way, I saw it and thought it was pretty good. The show usually delivers in some way or another. I'm glad it's still on.
