Curb Your Enthusiasm - I finally see the light!
I must admit, I never got into this show in the past. Over the past few seasons, I've tried watching it, but quickly lost interest.
Anyway, I started watching this show since HBO airs it back-to-back Monday's @7:00 and am amazed at how funny it truly is!
Last night's episode revolved around a caterer who stole Larry David's leftovers from a dinner party he had the previous night.

I too was an early naysayer who's since done a complete reversal. I'm deeply ashamed to have been so wrong about the show. Larry's truly become my latest hero and, after careful consideration, I've decided "Beloved Aunt" is the perfect Curb episode. Ingenious through and through.

I still think it's overrated. There are some truly funny moments, but there can also be some long gaps in between those. I'm sure I've probably not seen the best episodes, so I still watch it occasionally.
Help me out here. I'll name 3 episodes and you fans can tell me how they rate compared to the others. I found all of these pretty mediocre.
The one with Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen invite them to a Paul Simon concert
They go to an old friend's house for dinner who used to be a porn star (Bob Oedenkirk?)
Larry and Richard Lewis fight over this ring at a jewelry store.

i dont really remember the 2nd one, but the other two weren't that great from what i remember. The one with the aunt is funny (or was it the mother-in-law one?). The doll is hilarious. you have to watch that one

Those are all from season 1. Season 2 and 3 are much better.

CE Killah is a close second...
The Nanny From Hell has to be the best twenty five minutes you can have with your clothes on. Nothing like hearing the nanny and Larry singing the Looney Tunes theme. Plus there's "F--- Hugh!"

i've been quite disappointed with this one. especially considering what a force Larry was during his years as Seinfeld's creative genius. I think Larry's personality is far more entertaining when expressed through Jason Alexander.
And what the hell was that pilot episode all about. didn't get that at all. is there a site that has episode guides for this show?

Did anyone catch the one hour Larry David mockumentary that was on after the two episodes of Curb your enthusiasm? I'm guessing this is what led to the series? I'm assuming as much, since it was called Larry David: Curb Your Enthusiasm. It was pretty funny stuff. Not Larry at his best, but I could see why they would build a show from it.

The doll is probably my favorite
and Crazy Eyez Killah is probably a very close second!

I saw an episode or 2 of this when it first came on, and I dismissed it, but I've seen most of them now, and it's my favorite show, period.

During the house tour...
CEK:"This is the dining room. You know, a table and there are some chairs...that's where we eat."
Larry: "Fascinating."
CEK: "This here is the floor. Made of some floor ****."
Larry: "Floor ****, huh?"
OMG, I was laughing so hard!

I have been a fan since the 90 min Curb You enthusiasm Pilot aired.
My favorite thing about the show is the subtle comedy in alot of the performances. Richard Lewis and Jeff Garlin in particular
funniest thing on TV right now
